A regular customer at this hair salon for three years now. Hair products have done wonders for my hair thats why I still purchase. Unfortunately am sickened with how the service has been these days. I have recommended two of my friends there but got the same problem and they gave up on natural.Decided to switch from Kibo to Dar Free market the service is a bit better there I must say.

A very good saloon...and the hair ladies has very good customer care except for one dark color reception girl . She was busy chatting on her phone for almost five minutes then started talking to other workers for 4 minutes before saying welcome!!! This happened both two times I visited and I feel its not right.

Great products and service. A but awkward now with the two disconnected sides. They dont always provide new clean towels so be aware and keep an eye out. No heat used and no extensions
