After being a loyal customer for 4 years, I was treated horribly by the owner of this establishment. Went for a hair dye on a Wednesday morning - owner and the main lady weren’t there. The workers botched the dye job. I was unable to go back the next day or the day after, so the owner refused to fix my hair. She told me “if you can’t come in the afternoons when I’m here, that’s not my problem”. Then she hangs up on me.No sense of customer service. Extremely disappointed! Never going back!
