I must say they know how to braid hair really good! Very neat, but the price is way too high 🙄 sorry but this would be my first u0026 last time going back there!! I wouldnt recommend this hair salon to anymore

I have been here twice the first time I asked for medium mid back box braids. The owner gave me waist length large box braids. I didnt complain because I liked them but they should charge me less I supply my hair. Second time I wanted pick and drop braids with human hair I was told one price over the phone given a different price in person and when I get home most are in small box braids but I feel a bunch of spots where they are small cornrows. DONT ATTEMPT especially if you dont want more than one person on your head.

They are conveniently located by the 3 train, Saratoga stop. I was seen right away around 9am which is a plus. I wanted medium/jumbo size box braids. A very basic style that never cost no more than between 120-140 w/ hair included. They charged me 160 w/ hair included. Thats a bit pricey for such basic braids but It is what it is.Pros:They are quick. All together it took about 3- 3 1/2 hours.They provide Expressions hair which is my preferred brand for braidsCons:Its 90 degrees out and they have fans on pushing hot air along with the door being open.There are 2 other women waiting to get their hair braided. There are 3 braiders here and they are all working on my head instead of working in theirs. One braider per head would be just fine.Conclusion: They are convenient and pricey but very nice and get the job done. If you are person that cant sit in heat for long periods of time go elsewhere.

It’s a lil pricey but been going there for almost 10 yrs they get you in and out and the owner always work with the same girls which is great cause they know how too braid well too your liking..

Dont go there......they are over charging people when you walk in they give you one price and when you call the price is different. People say support black own how can you do that when your own is taking advantage of you they will never get my coins.

Horrible. Too expensive u0026 you do not get what you pay for. Same thing goes for her sister on 98th Street! Braiding is not neat u0026 she cant part for anything on the world.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and she did my like I wanted it to me done. I will travel from Connecticut to go back in get my hair done

I went here less than 2 weeks ago and my hair looks like I had it done for a month and a half already wouldnt recommend it especially wouldnt recommend two in your head which they do just to leave on time or early

Its a small store, but always have what I need. The owners are polite and helpful.
