Had very poor service here. They made me wait 2 hours for a manicure & pedicure and then did it wrong. I had to get someone else to repeat it. One of the staff was not paying attention when filing my toenails and ended up pulling out a chunk of skin! I’m definitely not going back there!!

The actual service provided (ie nail quality) is exceptional and the prices are very reasonable. But customer service itself is lacking. The wait is extremely long and arduous due to the multi aromas from hair and nail creations. Overall the place youd want to get ur nails done.

Wait time increased from 30 minutes to 1 hour after. This place was recommended by a local. I was disappointed and will not return.
