My complaint is about the bank receptionist . My colleague and I went to this bank in the afternoon , I asked for a loan officer , then she asked about what? I answered agricutural loan questions . She told me and my friend to wait she will be back and walked out we ansumed that may be the landing team are across the main office , therefore, we sat and wait in about 30 minutes the receptionist come back and suppressed that no one had attended to us , funny enough she said OK. I will listen to you , I asked her could you tell me the name of the person in which you informed to attend to us, she refused and said is not allowed and I refused to discuss my loan inquiries with her because from the first time she showed disrespect approach to us even with respect for her position she could not even acknowledge one thing. So I asked for a manager , she said nobody was there they are out for lunch, I insisted to see any supervisor then she took another almost 20 minutes to bring one young lady by name of Eunice, who appeared professional but also wondered the receptionist behavior however I left my contact since Monday Sept 10,2018 until to day Wednesday Sept 12,2018 time 5:05PM none of the management had contacted me. In this complaint I would like to include the management of the bank and it explains more than an attitude rather they dont care this bank in my expectation the management and staff should been extra knowledgeable in customer service , since the most people who are in farm and live stocks comes from many backgrounds this bank should be able to accommodate all walks. My take is this bank is set for certain time if customers and not farms. Sincerely .

They dont pick the phone especially the Dar es salam branch
