The most unreliable and uncoordinated bank I have ever come across. From the ATM to mobile banking APP. The service providers inside are also slow and uncooperative. I do not recommend.

The Headquarters of KCB bank in Tanzania, Close to Residential area of Kenyans Ambassador, its security is Uptight, proper of bulk transactions, found along Alihassan Mwinyi drive a calm environment of Oyster bay area, ample parking available and security, They could extend the work hours but its not a relatively big bank in Dar so its not usually busy, its huge and Spacious with ample space, custom care is ok, no queues at all, very rare service is super fast though it poses as dull sometimes for first timers

Sometimes people become reluctant knowing the financial institution has the name of different country. I have been customer of this bank for almost three years now and i have been getting good services from them, no queue and i have been performing international transactions through this institution and things have been working so far so good, so the name Kenya is not the issue at all, Go and open your account
