I can say this is one of the bank with the greatest customer care and support. Just ask any staff and whatever you need youll be listened fast! I love how they care more on customer services and thats one of the thing that defines a bank. Clearly one of the best banks in Tanzania. Opening an account is super easy and fast, you get your card on the same day you have registered.

Congratulations for moving to a new location. But I was expecting to see the move, improve Customers experience in terms of speed and quality of service provided. Unfortunately, its not the case here.. the only improvement is parking spaces.
