Equity Branch Ohio Branch Dar es salaam,Internet banking customer representative today 13/12/2018 very arrogant to customers. We were not stupid to open an account with this bank but your employees make us look stupid. No matter what amount we transact with you it is worth a fare service.

I also have bad experience with this bank especially for us managing small business, but i think its some of the employees who are not friendly to customers. I advice the management to take action on this especially for Mwenge Branch

International money transfer service is very poor it’s not reasonable for the cash to be received after 72 hours in the account
