Okay, I am really disappointed with customer service at this branch. I leave nearby and have been a customer for more than 3 yrs.This Lady Esta as a secretary has always pretend Busy all the time too slow to complete the tasks and wants to do multiple task at once. Serving 7 customers at once while other workers on the chair.She provided me with wrong information that i can use my new card while its not yet activated. I deposited my cash without knowing that the card isnt working yet.I let my friend waiting for the payment abroad for so long because of just one silly mistake.

Bank has good service but parking for this branch is a problem especially if you dont know where to park
