Made a last minute appointment for a 60-minute healing massage and they were able to see me the day of. Had an easy check in and wonderful massage by an authentically Thai, dedicated masseuse. They do a good job of creating a relaxing environment. They treated me to a cup of tea after. I hope to be back soon.

Have been to different Spa places. But Sala Thai seems to be the number one on the list, the messeuse are professional, the place is very clean, about the massage I cant explain it how good it was, with all the stretching a person needs to go and experience themselves.The price is also very reasonable. Timings are also perfect.

Excellent real Thai massage!!All massagists are Thai and have have a professional Thai massage certificate from Thailand. The only real massage place we found in Dar Es Salaam. The massage beds are also professional with a hole for the face. You can choose traditional Thai massage or deep tissue massage. The owner is also Thai and she has been living in Dar es Salaam for many years.

Professional massage. They know their stuff. It is a no-frills massage place. Do not expect typical greetings and talkative welcome. Just ask for what you want based on the menu of options. See photo of recent prices. The masseuse(s) are sincere and I was impressed with their quality of work. I felt a world of relief after each session. There is no private room so everyone can hear you grunt or sigh in relief during the massage. Each massage table is partitioned with curtains. There is a small shower area in the corner but not like a dedicated bathroom. Overall, great value.

They have the loose garment to wear. It is different every time, with many different Thai massage therapists. They all have excellent knowledge of the body, will be very strong or let off. I love good thai massages that are strong, they have them. And they will also use oil too, if you ask. And they will focus on a specific part if you ask. Cash, no credit cares. First time I came I had to go find an ATM afterwards to pay.

Amazing experience. Did the traditional Thai Massage and the lady knew exactly what she was doing. Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to try it out. Highly recommend.
