VIVA tower located city centre of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania 🇹🇿Viva Towers is a fairly commercial and residential 2 towers. The variety of shops is ok, the food shop has a good selection not easy

The conditions were really different than in photos. Very dirty bathroom with old stains in and on wc, no hot water, bed smelling very bad. The staff was rude.

Contains many services office s like egypt air, uber,... .Also there is apartments for rent .

Met the rudest guard stationed at the Ali Hassan Mwinyi entrance. He Kili wouldnt let me into the building today (7 March 2020) for no valid reason. I needed to park my car at the parking lot but he started asking me weird questions and being very rude. When I mentioned I needed to use the ATMs he told me to park on the service roads and walk back to the building. I have been visiting the towers since they were opened and this guard made me never want to go back there.
