I have been staying here for nearly 3 years now and no complaints! The team is always helpful and accommodating to sort issues. Reasonable costing, nice location and spacious feeling! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I booked a two night stay here on arrival the landlord explained that there was no booking and he no longer working with booking.com.I showed him my book number and he had no idea what I was talking about. I was stranded in Tanzania on my own at night. Do not book this accommodation. Booking.com have still deducted the money from my account.I got chatting to another traveller at the airport, when I told him where I had booked, he said that this might not be a great choice and advised me to pay that little bit extra and book alternative accommodation, I should have taken his advice.Do not book this place.

C block flats are nice and spacious. Parking is ample and garden all around. gym and pool also maintained and basic. Maintenance staff is mostly prompt with some little nudge from Managers/owners (These can be improved esp. for Cooker/AC technicians). Asakari are always smiling and are well positioned. Furniture is decent. Overall very pleasant and peaceful estate! Had blissful 2 years there. Lastly affordable!

Professional people working there, always willing to assist and accomodate your requests. The apartment I was staying at was in an immaculate condition and outside shared areas were well taken care of. Highly recommended !

I have been living here for quite a long time, the apartments are very nice, maintenance people are so fast even at night 3:00 AM they came and fix the issue. i would love to thank th owner for his all effort in making us feel comfortable.you should defenitely visit staywell apartment.
