The location is great. The rooms are dirty and not cleaned. We arrived to a room with used towels lying on a night table. We had to ask several times to get the towels changed. We stayed for 8 days and they haven’t changed neither the pillowcases nor the sheets, I could still see the same yellow stains my pillowcase had on day 1. Stuff lies about changing the sheets. I had to go to the reception several times myself and ask for the bedsheets and pillowcases, which I had to change myself as well. Our room was also missing kitchen appliances (had just one cup instead of two, no lid for pan, no teapot, no hair dryer) and the kitchen was not really usable for anything, even making tea (no cups and teapot).

Its a nice and clean place near the Eiffel Tower (about 20 min walking). They have kind, cheerful and respectable receptionists. But their Internet connection is weak like a dial up and it is disconnect every 2 minutes.

Location was very good and close to the metro of Dupleix. Eiffel tower was a good 15 minute walk but doesnt feel that far. Close to shops, cafes etc. The room is very basic but all you need as a base as you rarely there. I would of liked a toaster and a kettle to finish it off. Disney parks are a 1 hour train journey

The Residence is located in the heart of a safe and clean area (arrond. 15). Supermarkets such as Carrefour or Franprix are just around the corner. You will find the metro stations Dupleix and Avenue Zola in walking distance or if you decide to walk to the Eiffeltower, you will be there in about 10-15 mins by foot.The room was clean and big enough for two adults. Unfortunately though, the bathroom was relatively tiny and made taking a shower quite uncomfortable. The small integrated kitchen was well equipped - it is not meant for cooking a three course menu but sufficient for a good pasta dish.Staff were super friendly! We had a couple of typical tourist-problems (such as a missing blow-dryer or printer for tickets....) that they helped us with.

Best choice to save lots of money in our 10 days holiday: the location was perfect, it was in a quiet and well connected neighborhood.The room was great with a nice kitchenette, cleaned three times a week.I definitely recommend it!

Ive stayed here several times. It is clean and cheap. The staff is very pleasant and speak excellent English. It is small so make a reservation. Rooms are small too but well enough equipt There are grocery stores nearby so you can do some of your own cooking.

The location is good, several metro stations nearby, 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, ideal for an evening stroll. Very clean, cleaning every other day, the kitchen has everything you need: microwave, press coffee maker, frying pan, etc. The windows overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet and the air was fresh.

It is worth it for its location and price. For the rest, the bathroom is a prefabricated cabin, the bed is quite bad and there is little space. But very clean passed almost every day

Looking for a hotel in Paris in the 15th arrondissement near my parents house, most of them being closed because of the Covid, the Hotel Pacific offers me a small apartment located a few meters away in a 3-storey building with 3 small apartments in each accessible by staircase and elevator. This is small but functional with an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, electric gas cooker and crockery). The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a mini wall-mounted dryer. The slightly too narrow bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower with a mini storage cabinet. The price went from 67 euros per night in December to 90 euros in summer. The cleaning ladies are friendly and attentive.Not very luxurious but functional.Only downside: Avoid school periods, 2 schools are opposite!

Very good situation, two subway stops, but the kitchen has almost nothing, no coffee maker, and they put you on a sign that you can have breakfast at your hotel, 100 meters away. An impudence I mentioned the coffee maker and they told me that they could not be administered, I ask them for an ablazer and they did not have it. The shower looked like a ships cabin. I do not recommend at all.

Very decent apart hotel. Good location, metro nearby, to the Field of Mars and the Eiffel Tower on foot 10-15 minutes. The hotel is clean, the room has its own kitchenette. The cleaning is regular.

Apart from the kitchenette and the clean dishes, the experience was positive. Ten minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and two minutes from the Metro stop. The only thing really unpleasant, which in any case has nothing to do with the Management, was the experience on arrival at the reception for the collection of the keys: the employee who received me (a man in his forties), after having taken from the counter the six fifty euro notes that I had just counted before his eyes, he turned them over and over in his fingers to tell me then that one was missing. obviouslyI had to add another fifty euros. In Italy I would have made the complaint immediately but the lack of knowledge of the language discouraged me and I gave up.

Good but room a bit small

A mediocre residential. The shower was dwarfed and covered, you were able to bathe 1 min and you had to cut so that the water did not come out. The room very hot and that the days were cold. Cleaning there no more. The water came out with grease from the tap and it was very noticeable when boiling it for tea or coffee, you could see a layer of something floating and adhering to the pot, I would say it is not advisable to drink it. The people at the reception do not seem to like their work, they do it right and thats it. The only good thing is the location, very close to the Eiffel Tower and two metro lines.

It is still the first day, but it is larger than the studio double room and kitchen facilities and toilet. Kitchen has basic pot, bowl, refrigerator, microwave, but there is no kitchen detergent and loofah. There is little space around the bed, so it is not too bad to put a carrier or luggage. There is no dryer. There are a lot of super around, and the subway station is not far. It is a blanket feeling, and it seems to be a way to take a thin blanket. The toilet is wet, but I do not have a slipper, so I might have to take it separately.

Good price and good location very close to the Eiffel tower, close to many bars at Motte -Picquet station and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, access to two subway lines just two blocks away, excellent communication to go to Gare Du Nord by metro with only one line change. I would only add a kettle in the room and a medium quality chef knife.
