Charles Frank is 67,wakulima Road dispicable slum??Actually it is among the well planned neighbourhood in dar es Salaam, it is though just few kilimoters away from the dispicable slums the Msimbazi river canal, like 0.5km or so, that just before the Msimbazi river canal there is a sort of slum some, that was on the Msimbazi river canal, that recently early 2016 or late 2015 was cleared and residence re allocated to some other safer habitat..

The 15 storey ECO residence standing on plot no. 67 at the junction of Wakulima road and Ngano street.As it stands, the building serves as a landmark in the area.

Good place. But the security guards. Needs more costomer care education.
