In terms of a profound chick provider and quality supplier they are the best in Tanzania with no doubt BUT their customers service is so poor that we as customers really question if we would still go back if they had an equal competetor

The lady at the shop has a very poor Customer service command. When you enter the shop you are treated like a criminal or a begger something... she has bad language, has no idea what customer service means! I think you should consider feedbacks from other customers, as all customers I met in a queue were complaining.
