We payd 60USD for a sad and ugly room (locals will payd a third of this). We have been in bed & breakfast for 4USD with more quality than this hotel... They also tried to cheat us while counting the money, trying to charge us 10.000 TZS more, but we discover the trick. Avoid it. there is another hotel with similar price in a street near, but at least they won´t try to robber you. This was the only bad experience we had in the whole island!!
It is nice place although its temperature is high
The place is good with good housekeepers, the only big problem is unavailability of hot water and heaters in all rooms. Please try to correct this discrepancy to give your Guest comfort when staying in your Hotel.
Perfect place
Too expensive compared to what you get, which is small rooms with mold etc all over most of the bathrooms. Cleaning is no more than changing the sheets, it seems. Our room was also full of mosquitoes, no idea where they came from, as we closed all the doors and windows. My grandmothers room was even worse, the bathroom was apparently the hippest location for flies on the entire island. They just kept coming back, probably because of the very temporary solution from the staff, which was just showering the room in bug spray and mop up the tiny corpses.Only thing that makes me give it two stars is that the staff is nice, they just have no idea on how to run and manage a hotel, at least not to satisfy western standards. And theres a restaurant on the rooftop, which serves good food. However, Im pretty sure I wouldnt stay here again, given the choice. Theyd have to pay me to do that, and Im not sure Id even do it then...
Stayed here for four nights. The rooms are kept clean, but remember to turn in the key when you go out in the morning so they can clean it. The standard is reasonable for the prize you pay (although they spray the room every afternoon, expect a roach or two) and Pemba in general. Breakfast is ok, but dinner was disappointing. You are better off at the local restaurant past the market, where they have good samosas and other local dishes.
Beautiful Indian ocean island to go-to relax and enjoying with family kidz friendly tooTropical fruits are amazing low living cost if you know where to go and bargain with people. The beaches are awesome too there are no words for this island to describe how lovely it isMany people dont know it or get scared but you have to go and see yourself
Passable, no bed bugs and mosquitoes, but millions of roaches. For the price, pest control is a must. They crawl everywhere at lights out. Dont leave your bags open! The food is good but expensive!
Need Improvement on customer services. No Tawel- reception man is like supermarket front desk counter. So ask questions.

Fortunately I have not thrown away the other mobile phones that still have extraordinary memories in their memory such as Pemba, an island just 50 kilometers from Zanzibar, very little touched by tourism, still unspoiled and with a wonderful sea and barrier. Hilly and green due to the cultivation of cloves, it offers very white and lonely beaches; from here scuba diving, free diving or simply snorkeling will give us unforgettable emotions and encounters.I wonder if, with this review, I am not putting this lonely island at risk in my little one
Affordable price, air conditioning, TV, and breakfast
Quiet hotel, located in the heart of Pemba Island
