The location is great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The accommodations are quite basic but fairly clean and neat. Awesome view of sunrise over the lake as well as several species of birds feeding on the beach. There is food and cold drinks available there on the campground and town is a very short walk away.
Beautifully located by the shores of Lake Victoria. Naturally, the fish served is fresh and tasty. The site however lacks ample parking space and, on the day I visited, was crowded with school children.
I have good experience with this site. It has arranged the camping houses built in a Haya traditional ways of construction and within it you will experience the life within those Haya traditional houses (Emishonge or Nyaruju, the vernacular names of those building styles).
Decent value but forget the price because opening your tent to lake Victoria is magical and there is a decent bar for filling the evening
Geat place for outing.. Food is good too.. They need to improve their cervice and customer care
