A gorgeous courtyard with flowers and birds set this place apart. Attention to detail and good quality furniture are apparent in the rooms. It was quiet and very clean. A hot breakfast was included.

My guests out of the country, it was their first time in Bukoba and there plane was delayed and ended up late arriving in bukoba yesterday. when they arrived at this hotel they refused to open for them saying the place was closed at 10pm seriously is this how you treat your customers?and they had already paid for two nights at this hotel two weeks ago.We are very disappointed coz we had to go out of our pockets to find another hotel to spend a night how unfair is that. We do not know if they are even gonna refund back the money for the night they did not spend at the hotel. However they will spend a tonight there since they paid for two nights question are they refunding back the money for Saturday night today?

I would recommend it to anyone visiting bukoba,I had my parents birthday and was looking for a place that could accommodate that ,for them to just have a one night get away at the sametime have fun on there birthday.They did an amazing job from food to accomadation.Thanks so much.

Do not hesitate to stay here, Balamaga Bed & Breakfast is good, nice and cheap.Has parkingSpacious rooms, very clean and comfortable, beds with musketeers.Bathroom: with tub, shower, hot water and good pressure.It has terraces with areas to eat and rest.Slow internet as in the entire Bukoba area. But they offer you a variety of movies on CD.They also have laundry service and car wash.They only offer breakfast and it is delicious freshly baked bread, fresh fruits and juices, all always well served.Adelaide and the gardener are all the staff, they are very professional and very friendly, very attentive to your requirements.Note: do not buy food in the neighboring hotel or anywhere in Bukoba, you will be disappointed and hungry. It is preferable that you buy some pasta in the supermarket and cook yourself, Adelaide will always help you.
