2 stars because I shared what type of property I was looking for and where. After driving from Arusha in anticipation of at least 1 property that would meet my expectations I found that not one even came close. My advice to this nice young man is to LISTEN to your client. If you dont have a property that meets their requirements please tell them. Be honest.
