Very far but worth it. I live the ambiance that comes together with an ocean view. Food tastes good and affordable also. Best place for a birthday or get together. Toilets and the outside environment are so clean. There is camping also if you want to sleep for the night and the camp is accompanied with an infinity age swimming pool.

The place isnt crowded which makes it naturally beautiful. The prices are affordable as for me i really enjoyed the boat trip to the island. If you are a swimming type of a person, there is a natural beach which is clean and neat!

Great staff, they were the highlight of my visit.Lalipop and Sara (the attendants) were understanding as we was a huge group of loud opinions, but still managed to serve.The tent was good as i had a sleepover, but i slept outside since it was very cold.The next morning we were served a verry nice breakfast.overall it was a good trip.

Good and nice location but have poor customer service especially for kitchen staff, the dont have a polite language for the customer.... The work like no one cares..... Very bad customer care

The place has a wide range of activities, games and stuff for people of all ages. It has a getaway feel to it that just screams relaxation and rest. Though on the inner parts of the Coast Region, the long trip will prove worth it once you get there 😉. Try the boat-riding 👍🏾

I went with a group of 8 individual...We knew we are not supposed to come with food yes as stated ..But we came with our own cards and told also not allowed we need to pay 3,000 to be able to use them...When Lunch time came...We ordered for food as the Menu says..paid every activity as listed on their website pricing list...When the bill came, all prices had changed ,18% Vat added .. Meaning u pay tax on behalf of the property,they enjoy 100% profit not taxable....This shows the price list is to make you think they are cheap but they have hidden price at the final receipt...We paid tsh353,389.83 as final total from Tsh296610.17..My opinion not worth travelling all the way from Dar es salaam to Horizons....The management needs to do more and be clear when it comes to what you charge,write on the menu or price list and final tally...There should be no hidden charges ....Tax comes from what is priced not after what is priced..
