Literally half an hr after I checked in and turn on the lights, the room was filled with bugs! I understand its rain season, but why dont they seal the doors and windows properly?

I regret to say that I have very bad experiences related to staying in a hotel. Above all Mrs. Manager, with whom I agreed to a certain rate because I intended to stay there for several months. After two weeks, when I wanted to pay my bills for food, it turned out that Mrs. Manager cheated me and told me to pay normal rates. Not only that, she manipulated her employees and forced her to lie. For a few days I demanded contact with the director or the owner of the hotel and she would stop me and would not even give a phone number to these people. In addition, I gave white branded clothes that were dyed in blue - Mrs. Manager did not even offer a gratuity, and as a result she said that she did not see them before washing, so she stated that I was lying, while the employees knew perfectly well that I was telling the truth. Instead of taking care of employees training and guarding the interests of the hotel, Ms. Manager flirted with clients every day - including me. I have never encountered such a barrack of competence and disregard for guests as well as hypocrisy and lies. I sincerely advise you, especially since there are several other hotels nearby with very competitive prices and a much more pleasant atmosphere.EVERYTHING WHAT IS LEAVING A HOTEL IS A LIE: BREAKFAST, INTERNET ETC .... :)

The worst hotel Ive ever had the opportunity to be. I found a huge cockroach in the room. For a meal, I waited for more than 1.5 hours from the order every day. The rooms are not dampened so you can hear every conversation coming from outside. There were times when there was no hot water. Mrs. Manager is completely incompetent, and could not react in any way to the reported problems. The hotel has a separate menu with inflated prices for white customers. I definitely do not recommend.

Decent quiet out of town hotel.

It the Halotel shop. Halotel is a Tanzanian network provider whose services are widespread all over the country, especially where other network providers havent reached to service the users. At this shop they provide a free halotel Wi-fi network with which the customers in the queue access the internet. However, the customer care personnel are not that considerate to customers. Its reachable with a wheel chair. They also sell cell phones and phone accessories
