Flies, bugs, barking dogs all night. Youd be better off somewhere else. The staff lied about the elephant dangers nearby to get us camping inside their walls. Dont do it, dont come here, you wont sleep a wink. (We have been camping out in Africa for 2 months prior to this)

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we had a great night camping here. The area is really peaceful and while it’s basic it has what you need for a night or two of simple camping. We were the only people there and just turned up without a booking - they did have to fill up the water tanks so we could shower (cold/Luke warm water)?but this wasn’t a problem. Overall convenient campsite for Tarangire NP and would stay there again.
