The most AMAZING vacation ever!My wife and I are seasoned travelers so trust me when I say that this is the BEST vacation weve ever had! They did an outstanding job of listening to our wishes, promptly responding to our many, many questions, and offering outstanding suggestions that fit our time and budget constraints.John know Africa and the companies in operation there. You can trust their expertise. And, they did this all with a charming attitude eager to make this the vacation of our dreams. My only regret is not Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro but John manage to give us a test of the mountain by having a short day trek. Jumbo Tours and Safaris are over the top of my traveling experiences.First Thank you to John which he was perfect and super patience with me and my hundreds of questions. He always respond and help us planning our Safari in a perfect way. He designed every single detail and beyond of our safari experience.John help me to design a complex safari trip with many flights, road trips and safari timings so we do not missed any second and with Jumbo Tours and Safaris works like a Swiss clock. One day we had a safari drive in the morning in one lodge but at the afternoon drive we had to be in a different one and we did it, was perfect, we do not want to loose any chance to get amazing photographs from our trip.As photographers timing is everything, with John and Jumbo Tours and Safaris we did not get blurred at any second.I asked to John for one specific lodge and he booked that one for us, plus he select 2 others which make our experience perfect because every single place was so different from the others, and for a photographer that was a plus because I got a chance to photograph animals in different conditions.I live in the other side of the world, so communication was complicated, but John was always helping me with my questions and comments so he return my e-mails with the perfect plan.English is not our native language so he also was patience with me in this aspect, We are so grateful to John and Jumbo Tours and Safaris for our perfect safari trip.We return home with so many amazing stories about, hyenas, cheetahs, elephants, lodges, people, food, flights, etc... and all of them are positive.I think there is no way go wrong with Jumbo Tours and Safaris, to book online you always get suspected but at the end I am so happy that we did everything with them and we had no bad experiences. An unforgettable trip to Tanzania. Thanks to Jumbo Tours and SafarisAlthough being used to organizing our travels on our own, for this trip to Tanzania we decided to engage Jumbo Tours as we wanted everything to be perfect. From the beginning we felt in excellent hands with John. He worked everything together making us quickly an exciting proposal fit in with our budget. Until the moment we actually started the trip, he answered always immediately and had an immense patience with all our tiny questions.Jumbo Tours and Safaris managed to not only fulfil our very high expectations but even exceeded them. We had a fantastic experience, wonderful in every way: all the camps, their staff, the food, the car and its equipment, the parks, the nature, the animals, even the weather with only some short refreshing rains, really everything was perfect. Jumbo Tours and Safarisorganized everything with no problem, booking some wonderful accommodations and allowing us to fully enjoy our trip in the northern part of Tanzania.Our guide Freddy (Babuu) understood immediately our desire to be away from the crowds and with his kindness and calm, his great respect for nature and its wildlife, he made our journey an unique and amazing experience. He made it possible that most of the time we really were on our own, having the feeling that we were in Paradise on Earth with only animals around us.
