We had booked the shuttle from Nairobi to Arusha. The trip was $ 35. At first we werent sure whether everything would work out. As a result, we had sent a WhatsApp in the evening. We were answered directly and the next morning we were picked up and escorted to the bus stop on foot. The ride was pleasant. We had a quick stop to buy souvenirs or food / drinks. The driver waited patiently for us at the border. We got our visas in advance, but my friend had wrong dates. After a long discussion, the data were adjusted at the border. A Covid test was also required, which of course we did not have. This information was nowhere to be found (not even on the website of the Foreign Office). Fortunately we had an older test result from Rwanda, which was accepted. After a long back and forth, the journey continued and we were dropped off directly at our hotel in Arusha. Everything went well. The shuttle service is recommended.
