Margés a sales department which was attentive and a good adaptation of the offer according to our needs, we fell from the clouds as for the reaction of Kilidove following our refusal of postponement of trip and our desire to recover our deposit (given the health crisis we are experiencing today).Indeed, unlike what had been promised to us and the backbone of the agency which had been explained to us, our wish to recover our deposit confronted us with a very mundane change of discourse.Aware of the problem and the difficulties of the tourism community, we agreed to pay the administrative costs and recover most of our money ... since in the end, no service was rendered to us.Today we have recovered 30% of a down payment which amounts to thousands of euros and which was a huge sacrifice to make the trip of a lifetime.No words can express our disillusion and disgust with this agency which only thinks of its interests and without any professional ethics. In this context of uncertainty, we advise against calling on these people.
