Great experience 1 week safari in the Northern parks. Everything was arranged very well and went smooth. Our driver Gerald had an incredible knowledge about the country and the animals. Accomodations were really amazing as well. It was such a unique experience which I would recommend to everybody!
We had a wonderful Safari experience with easytravel. They made our lives very easy, our guide, Adriano , was an expert -he could see a speck in the distance and know which animal it was! The food was delicious, and each of our accommodations were high quality, beautiful, and unique. I cant recommend easytravel enough for your Safari needs!
Me and my family went on a 7 day safari through Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro crater and finally Serengeti National Park. Easy Travel was very accommodating and even came to the hotel to give the pre safari briefing as my brother had hurt his foot shortly before our departure. We stayed in the Ngorongoro and Serengeti Tortilis camps and they too were amazing. The highlight of our experience was our guide Gerarld, he was by far the best guide that we ever could have hoped for. He has 20 years experience under his belt, he knew where to go to find all the animals. He had the answer to all of our questions and he had wonderful stories to tell about his experiences. On our second day in the Serengeti we saw the big 5 all in one day and it wouldnt have been possible without Geralds knowledge. On one of the days he saw a rhino running in the Serengeti and with his masterclass driving we were able to get really close to it and take some amazing photographs. Gerald had such a kind and amazing personality and our adventure wouldnt have been half as fun without it. I highly recommend everyone looking to do a safari in Tanzania to book with Easy Travel and when they do so, to ask for Gerald specifically. I promise that youll have a terrifc time and make some wonderful memories along the way.
We have done a Safari of 6 days and 8 days of pure relax in Zanzibar. There is only one thing that we can say about your experience and about Easy Travel too: AMAZING! Everything has just been wonderful. From the booking with Godfrey, who always was very helpful and kind, through the holiday. Important here is to mention our driver Ombeni, also known as the King of Serengeti, who really deserves his title. We would like to thank Easy Travel once more for everything that they have done for us. Our trip to Tanzania was something special that we will never forget.
I cannot recommend Easy Travel enough for your Tanzania safari needs! We recently got back from the 7 day Classic private comfort safari with Easy Travel and it was a wonderful, incredible experience. I dont have enough adjectives. First, starting with the customer service/sales. We were helped by Evania who was super responsive. She also answered all my questions quickly and provided information on things I never thought of, like Tanzanias plastic bag ban. She can work with to customize your safari to your own wishes. Secondly, they have wonderful guides. We were lucky enough to get paired with Edward for our guide/driver. He was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and was able to spot animals everywhere. We saw all the animals we wanted to plus more. Big 5, Ugly 5, and many, many others. We got so close we could take pictures with our cell phones. We could not have had a better guide. Lastly, there are no surprises with Easy Travel. They explain everything thats going to happen and whats included and whats not. They even have a pre-safari orientation and a post safari meeting. The safari camps were amazing, we stayed at various Tortilis camps. They comfortable with hot water, power, chefs, and amazing customer service. We are vegan and the chefs were able to provide a variety of great food. If youre considering a safari to Tanzania I definitely recommend Easy Travel.
Incredible safari with the amazing Easy Travel tour company! The animal experience was extraordinary, the staff was professional and went above all expectations, the value was excellent, the food and accommodation was incredible, and our unique experience in the Masai village was one we will never forget. Lizbeth, Elius and all the staff were incredibly accommodating for my niece who has a wheelchair, and the attention to detail by this company was beyond imagination! We have traveled in over 25 countries, and this tour company had the best customer service either of us had ever experienced! Thank you Easy Travel!
Easy Travel provided us with the best experience for our safari. We booked it just 3 weeks in advance and worked with Julieth with customer service who was so very helpful to my questions leading up to the trip. This trip was for my wife and my honeymoon and Julieth helped make it extra special by coordinating with all the lodges for special little touches, including a free bottle of wine, cake, fruit platters, etc at the different lodges.During the trip, Paul was our guide, and we are truly lucky to have had him as our guide. Native to Tanzania, he was super knowledgeable of the country’s history, geography, vegetation and animals. He chauffeured us on our 6 day comfort plus safari and Paul navigated the bumpy dirt roads in a way that amazed me. His sight and ability to identify animals was unbelievable, which allowed us an optimal animal siting experience. Thank you, Paul for being so professional, considerate and knowledgeable for our first visit to Tanzania and our safari! My final impression of the trip was that it was just “easy”. It was a smooth and great experience booking, paying, traveling, accommodations, customer service, and our guide. Thank you Julieth and Paul!
We initially booked our 5-night safari and 3-night stay on Zanzibar with Easy Travel in February of 2020, planning to travel in July of that year. That booking experience was excellent; we were joining with 2 friends who had already booked the itinerary, and Brenda at Easy Travel made that a seamless experience. She was responsive to all of our questions within a day, provided excellent documentation, and overall made sure we felt prepared for an amazing trip. And then, COVID...Obviously, we didnt travel as planned in July 2020. Easy Travel was communicative throughout the pandemic, and assured us that we could reschedule for the same itinerary whenever we were ready to travel in 2021. A full year later, we finally selected dates, but our travel companions had changed. Easy Travel was able to book our new companions on our same itinerary without any issue, and we were all set to finally visit Tanzania in July 2021.Then, the flights we had initially booked were canceled and we needed new flights, which gave us an extra day on the ground. Easy Travel was able to adjust our reservation in Arusha without issue. The email thread at this point was well over 100 messages, and they still kept everything straight and helped us feel safe and prepared. I think Easy Travel managed the pandemic craziness as well as anyone on earth. And thats all before we actually got there! As soon as we landed in Arusha our driver, Everest, was there to meet us. We loaded up our safari vehicle (which is well-appointed and extremely clean) and headed straight for the Easy Travel office where Nu greeted us and gave us the full rundown of our itinerary, answered any questions we had, and helped us get our COVID tests scheduled so that we could travel home without issue. When it was time to head out on Safari, Everest picked us up at our hotel and we headed out to Lake Manyara. Unexpectedly, the brief stop in the village of Mto wa Mbu along the way was a highlight of the trip as well. We were prepared for Lake Manyara to be an appetizer for Serengeti the next day, but the density and variety of animals there is impressive in its own right! The Tortillis camp in Lake Manyara was excellent as well, and our dinner there was our best all trip. The drive to Serengeti was long, but Everest was an excellent driver and travel guide, providing amusing anecdotes and local history along the way. His knowledge of every mammal, bird, and reptile along the way was incredible, and over the course of our week together the only question that didnt get a completely satisfying answer was why do zebras have stripes? Our time navigating Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire was amazing; Everests ability to quickly navigate these huge parks to find fascinating natural scenes was incredible, and it felt like every minute possible was well-spent. The Tortillis camps we stayed in in each park were truly special places, and the staff were absolutely incredible. Consistently good food and drinks were an excellent way to start and end each day, and we left wishing we had more time to spend in camp talking with the staff.Everest took us directly back to the airport for the next leg of our journey, and our trip to Zanzibar and transfer to our resort in Nungwi was perfectly arranged. Our 3 nights at Sandies Baobab were as relaxing as we were hoping for, especially after such an action-packed safari itinerary. Easy Travels help arranging transfers to and from the resort and our COVID tests while there made the full experience completely stress-free.We cannot recommend Easy Travel highly enough. Through immense change, they communicated consistently and effectively with us for well over a year. They took all proper COVID precautions while there, and made our long-awaited trip the experience of a lifetime despite everything happening around us. Thank you, Easy Travel team!!
We had an amazing safari experience thanks to easy travel and also thanks to our exceptional guide mariki sometimes you wondered if he could read the intentions of the animalseverything was organized in detail by easy travel from the briefing the day before till the meeting after the safari. they contacted us even during safari to see if everything was ok. I can highly recommend easy travel if you are planning a safari in Tanzania
Easy Travel was referred by a friend and they hold up to their excellent reputation. From the first exchange with Voice the Tanzania Specialist at the office to the last drop-off at the airport from Erasto the experimented guide, we really felt that our choice of Easy Travel was the best we could have done for our Tanzanian safari experience. We were honeymooners, photography-lovers, nature enthusiasts, and we found that Easy Travel knew very well how to please and surprise us on every aspects!Voice was very attentive to our discussions to customize our trip. She picked up on little details and used that to make us feel like we were in great hands with crafting the safari. Her customer service, accompanied by the warmth reception all her colleagues gave us at their office (special thanks to Princess Beatrice), was very thoughtful and fun! These kinds of attention really spark our positive side!Erasto, the man! Super-guide, knows a lot about Northern Tanzania.. we had 1 million questions for him and he had 1 million answers for us. Always with the smile and openness, with Erosto we felt safe, well informed, and entertained! He knew very well the animals and birds behaviors, repeated 100 times their names (white-headed buffalo weaver, lilac breasted roller...), all the special details that make the environment interesting to discover (wild tobacco, wild wheat, sausage trees...) and the Swahili words that we needed to learn! Asante sana Erasto, we felt like we were living the adventure with a friend.Easy Travel will go above and beyond your expectations. They are an amazing, experienced and a very smart organization. Choose them and prepared and you will not regret it.
We booked a safari for almost a week with Easy Travel (Serengeti, Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro), and I can only say that it was absolutely perfect, thanks to Maria and all the team there for setting up everything and make sure we had an unforgetable experience. Special comment for our guide Anold, who was always willing to help, explain, addapt, and make our stay excellent. You are the best Anold, asante sana! We would highly recommend Easy Travel to anyone thinking about a safari in Tanzania!
On my first trip to Africa I used Easy Travel and the experience was more than I could have hoped for. My sister and I opted for a private, week-long, camping safari, which was very reasonably priced, especially considering we never had to pitch our own tent or prepare our own food.We traveled with a guide and a cook, both of whom were so professional, yet very warm and easy to travel with. Im sure all the guides are amazing, but I cant say enough Emmilian. Since my trip, friends have requested him upon booking and are all happy they did so! I swear he knows more about the wildlife than Google, and loves sharing that knowledge.Ill never forget a moment of this trip. Especially the night the lions visited camp!
We recently traveled through Tanzania with Easy travel. Game drive in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and 5 days in Unguja, Zanzibar. Easytravel performed an outstanding job organizing and accompanying our travel in Tanzania. We even got an friendly and warm reception at their office in Arusha, immediately feeling welcome.Everything was prepared in detail which included some personal extra requests. Jane Tito, our travel consultant, kept in touch in every moment, always concerned with our welfare, as well as the company owner, Mr. Musadiq.I already traveled through Tanzania some years ago and had a wonderful trip. But this one exceed my expectations. Our driver and guide, Freddy Kapinga, is an excellent professional, a safe and experienced driver and wise guide with broad knowledge. It was a pleasure to travel with him and we are really thankful for the amazing experiences we lived together, thanks to his knowledge and patience. The Tortilis camps where we slept are marvelous: gorgeous locations, outstanding staff, beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations. In Zanzibar, transfers, tours and accommodations were perfectly organized and with an excellent value to money ratio.
We did the 5 days/4 nights Privat Safari which we can highly recommend! Everything was amazing. You have to go with the Guide Hubert, he is absolutely the BEST! He made our Trip very special. The whole company is great and we enjoyed our safari to the fullest. At night we stayed at the Tortilis Camps, they very also awesome.
Trip Planner: GladysTransfer Driver: SaidGuide: CornelLength: 9Tour Type: PrivateTo begin our safari planning, I contacted Easy Travel TZ and was promptly put in touch with our safari planner, Gladys. From the first moment I spoke to Gladys, she was 110% committed to not only creating a safari that fit our needs, but made sure to take into account our budget. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Gladys created a possible itinerary in a VERY easy to understand chart. [I am very visual, so this was a huge help to me] One of the biggest things that gave me great confidence in Easy Travel TZ from the beginning was how transparent they were about everything, from the price to what was and wasn’t included in that price. After going back and forth a few times with Gladys, we created the perfect itinerary that took into account both what we wanted to see within a price that suited us. Throughout the whole process, Gladys was very considerate about what we wanted, revised our itinerary as many times as needed, and never go impatient about having to change various things for our trip before we confirmed it. Once we confirmed our trip she created a more in-depth itinerary which I also really appreciated, because the last thing one wants is miscommunication on what was expected.Upon arriving in Tanzania, we were met by our transfer guide Said who had our sign, was ready to go, and made sure we were comfortable. Getting to Arusha was no trouble and Easy Travel TZ made the entire process effortless. Also, Gladys made a point of meeting us before we left for our safari at our hotel. The next day our guide, Cornel, was eager to start our safari, had the vehicle ready, and came to our hotel on time. One of the biggest things that will make or break a safari is the guide, and I am happy to say we had one of the best guides out there as a first safari to Tanzania. The entire time Cornel was attentive, spotted the animals, and was well versed about the animals in each park. Throughout the whole trip, Cornel was very easy to talk to and always made sure to accommodate us in anything we needed. During our drives, he skillfully maneuvered the hard terrain and made sure the ride was as comfortable as he could make it. [keeping in mind the roads are very bumpy, something the drivers cannot help, but he did a great job nonetheless] It should be added, the vehicles Easy Travel TZ uses are in very good condition considering the roads they travel on, and we never had a break down. Not only did Cornel do a phenomenal job spotting animals, he knew facts and figures about every animal we saw. Along with knowing information about each animal we saw, he had extensive knowledge about the villages and parks we visited. No point during the trip did I feel Cornel didn’t care about finding the animals for us, and one time he said, “You guys just relax and I’ll do the work of finding the animals”. It was a real pleasure having Cornel as a first-time safari guide [our first safari] and will definitely ask for him next time if I can. Along with driving well, he always made sure to park so that we got the best view possible. Even towards the end of the day when we were getting a bit tired, Cornel never stopped scanning the land for animals. After the safari when we came back to Arusha, Gladys met us one more time to make sure the safari went well and if we had any feedback. This was nice because you can tell Easy Travel TZ is devoted to making sure the customer doesn’t feel forgotten once you send them your money and that if there’s any issue they are there to assist.I highly recommend using Easy Travel TZ for any of your safari [and climbing Kilimanjaro] needs, be it a group safari, private safari, day safari, or week long safari. No matter what you’re looking for, they will work with you to create a memorable trip that fit within your budget. Plus, no matter what your budget, the places they select for you to stay at are comfortable.
Usually, I plan every little detail of my vacations on my own. This was the first time I didnt have the time and used a travel agency. They made everything very easy and effortless. I was able to customize our trip based on our needs and wishes. There are so many travel companies in Tanzania that offer similar things. The reason why I choose EasyTravel was that they had very good communication. I couldnt be happier with the decision and would do it again.
We found Easy Travel on Instagram by chance when we were planning for our trip to Tanzania. Their Instagram feed was so clean that we did not hesitate to contact them for a guided tour of Stone Town. Salim, our guide, is a native of Stone Town and knows the city very well!In Stone Town, each corner brings something new – a massive wood door leading to a former palace, a coral-stone mansion, a mosque, an art gallery, and much more. We briefly visited the Africa House Hotel, which was formerly the English Club until the end of the colonial era. The decor is made of a colonial signature with warm colors and antique-style furniture. When we left the Africa House, we passed by the front of the St Joseph Catholic Cathedral. Unfortunately, the main entrance is often closed but we admired the impressive front through the railings. While we were walking around the town, we felt the vibrant local vibe through the numerous shops, coffee bar, schools, buildings, and streets. We reached the Anglican Cathedral, which was constructed on the site of the former slave market after the abolition of the slavery. Outside the cathedral in the grounds, there is the moving Slave Memorial, which stands as a reminder of the past. We also visited the East Africa Slave Trade Exhibit, which features a series of detailed informative panels to commemorate the abolition of slavery and preserve the legacy of the individuals who were brought there and sold. At the end of the exhibit, there are the former slave chambers where they were imprisoned in terrible conditions before being sold. From there we went to the colorful Darajani Market, which is the main market of Zanzibar. The market has more than you could imagine. In addition to food, vendors sell clothes, electronics, souvenirs, and much more. If you are interested to buy Zanzibar spices, note that some vendors proposed all kind of fancy packs that you won’t find elsewhere.Since the iconic House of Wonders was closed for renovation we went directly to the Old Fort which is the headquarters of the Zanzibar International Film Festival. There are also several souvenir shops to buy some local finds and a lovely cafe that turns into a bar at night. We ended up the tour at the Forodhani Gardens. During the day, the place looks relatively quiet but right after the sunset, the place starts getting busy and there are many food stalls where you can enjoy street food.We had a great time with Salim and we recommend you to book your Stone Town guided tour with Easy Travel. Find more pictures on my Instagram (kelledstyle) and more info on my blog :)
After Kilimanjaro trek, my better half and I and two friends joined a nice young Austrian couple, a friendly young man from NYC and Everest, our wonderful, veteran guide for an exceptional safari experience. Schola was instrumental in making the reservations & flawlessly coordinating hotel / airport pick-ups / departures. Easy Travel truly made everything easy for us. The African Tulip accommodation in Arusha was fabulous and safari tent camps were absolutely fantastic. Everest rewarded us with not only with seeing the Big Ten (and a lot more), we had front row seats to a cheetah gazelle kill(with her cubs tagging along) , lion mating and cub play. The visit to Mto wa Mbo along the way was a memorable experience (especially sharing microbrew banana beer in local speakeasy and our al fresco buffet lunch among the banana trees). The optional Maasai village stop was interesting but it really was a show for tourists with goal of extracting as many tourist dollars as possible (youll see many such Maasai villages set up on the way to the parks). Five days in the parks, Lake Maniara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, was just the right amount of time. Food was excellent every place we went with no stomach problems even though we violated the cook, boil and peel rule right from the beginning. Toilets were very clean everywhere and everyone we met was exceptionally friendly, helpful and eager to please. Toyota Land Cruiser was comfortable and kept clean with new bottle of water at the seat every day. That said, be prepared for the axle breaking, teeth jarring African massage on the gravel road to / from Serengeti. Thank you for a once in a lifetime safari adventure Easy Travel. We highly recommend Easy Travel and if it can be arranged, Everest as your guide!
We were not disappointed and every single day was incredible, which we will remember for the rest of our lives! From Gladys in Arusha office, who was very responsive over the course of our research on your operators to Hubert, our guide and the driver - everything was impeccably organised, we wouldn’t change a thing! The chosen camps, selected routes, responsiveness to action or drive where needed, time estimation, food and patience as well as respect to all humans as well as animals left us speechless.I’d recommend easy travel to everyone and already did yo my friends.Thank you to the whole team and Hubert, we will cherish this honeymoon memories forever!!! Thank you for making it special!
We had the most amazing safari in september this year. Because of the worldwide covid crisis there were only a few number of people in the national parks. Many times we were the only car spotting an animal. Also we could see everything from nearby. Our guide was Adrian, we could not have wished for a better guide. He has a lot of experience, a lot of knowledge about nature and wildlife and loves to share it with you. He is also a very good driver. Now is the best time to go on safari in Tanzania!
We did a 5-day safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and had the time of our lives! We were a group of 6 people, and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Tom, our tour guide, made the trip and long days of travel interesting, entertaining, and highly educational. The team at Easy Travel is top notch, from the coordinators/planners to the guides to the accommodations - everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Easy Tours for everyone considering a visit to Tanzania!
Choosing a Safari company for one’s honeymoon is a huge decision, after much research I chose Easy Travel. Their reviews were phenomenal and from the moment I started communicating with the delightful Norah I could see why. They’re not called ‘Easy’ for no reason, the booking process and our private safari itself were both sublime. My wife and I loved every second of it, the choices of hotels were top notch as was our guide Moses - I can’t speak highly enough of him, friendly, knowledgeable...simply a joy to spend a week with. Unlike his biblical namesake I don’t have Ten Commandments for you, I have only one - use Easy Travel and ask for Moses. Then sit back and enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.
Climbed Kilimanjaro with my grown children. Tanzania has very low COVID #s. Company and country have uniform policies on masks, temp checks and sanitation. Everyone is friendly and happy to have you as a guest. Do yourself a favor, do a safari or climb Kilimanjaro while it’s in crowded. Getting here can be a challenge but doable. We came from USA... best company in Tanzania, local, caring, safe and great time!
If you want to experience the real Africa, go to a safari tour with the amazing Easy Travel. We went for a 2 days safari in Serengeti and we were amazed all the time. The tour specialist, Voice, has put together a comprehensive tour that fits our tight schedule. They organized everything from airport pickup, to accommodations, meals, and birthday surprises. Our guide, Sudy, was so nice and knowledgable about the nature in Serengeti and he had really good eyes catching the animals. In 2 days only weve seen many many animals, weve seen the migration, weve seen hunting action, and much more. The accommodation was very comfortable in the middle of the wild, the staff were very nice and welcoming, and all the meals during the trip was delicious. They even managed to organize a bush dinner and a cake for a birthday surprise and it was the best.We really recommend Easy Travel for Serengeti Safari, they will tailor the tour to your needs and comfort.
My wife and I went on the 7 night Tanzania Classic Safari with Easy Travel for the first week of our honeymoon (comfort level accommodation), and it was excellent! It goes without saying that the wildlife watching was incredible, which Im sure would be true of many Safari operators, but what made our experience with Easy Travel particularly good was:1. Itinerary - the itinerary gets the right balance of time spent in each park. Most time is given to the Serengeti (enormous, most famous, most wildlife generally), and least for Manyara which is quite denseley forested and relatively small by comparison2. Accommodation - given it was only supposed to be comfort level (just one up from the basic offering) our accommodation was really nice, with all tents (this word doesnt do them justice!) having enormous beds, big rooms, decent bathrooms with hot showers and a nice outside terrace to sit and have a drink in. All our accommodations also had well-stocked bars, nice lounges, fires to have a sunset drink by, and served excellent (and enormous) three course dinners and buffet breakfasts. They also often sang to us and congratulated us on our marriage!3. Staff - All the staff we worked with at Easy Travel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Brenda, who was our point person in the office, was always responsive, friendly and was happy to go the extra mile. For example, she brought us a congratulations cake which the staff presented us with on arrival, called us via our guide midway through to make sure everything was going well, and helped find the best onward flights to Zanzibar, which were all really nice touches!4. Quality of guiding - our guide, Festo, was incredibly knowledgeable. Not just about the animals, but about Tanzanian culture and the game parks and surrounding areas (including history, terrain, geology etc.) themselves. He also had a knack for spotting animals that bordered on the supernatural. He would spot things from miles away and then take us to them.Overall, we had an excellent experience with Easy Travel and would thoroughly recommend them for your Tanzanian safari.
Our trip to Tanzania was the trip of our lifetime. This was our first trip to Africa and we were apprehensive of how it would go. We wanted it to go flawlessly without any issues. Thanks to Easy Travel and their team our trip to Tanzania turned out to be a memorable one. From the time we landed at Kilimanjaro airport through the ten days we were in Tanzania to the time we departed from Kilimanjaro airport – Easy Travel and their team made sure that we were safe, comfortable, and had the best time ever. Many thanks to Easy Travel for making this happen. From the beginning, response from Lizbeth of Easy Travel was amazing. She responded the very next day with a proposed itinerary that included additional things to do and details of all accommodation options with links to each one. Through the next three months Lizbeth patiently responded to over 50+ emails answering all our questions. Lizbeth’s detailed and prompt responses made us feel comfortable and as we continued the email exchanges we felt even better working with Easy Travel. Lizbeth’s suggestions on various aspects of the trip was very useful and valuable.Denis, our guide was an amazing person and a great guide. He was a very safe driver, courteous, kind, and took very good care of us - from the time he picked us up from airport to the time he dropped us off at airport - we were in good hands. He made sure that everything went off very well. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of safari and shared with us all the information as we traveled through the region. As we did the game drives and went from one place to another Denis shared lots of information about the national parks, its animals, Tanzania, its history, culture, and its people. The planning and arrangements made by Easy Travel at various hotels was excellent. We were floored by the best lodges selected for us by Easy Travel. Each lodge had its own unique features and flavors, locations were great, rooms were nice, and the folks at these lodges treated us extremely well. By selecting excellent places for us to stay, Easy Travel made our trip especially memorable. There were two outstanding lodges where we were treated exceptionally well by their staff and their tented lodges was an experience of our lifetime. Amazing places! I will review these lodges separately. Of special mention are the Mara River Tented lodge and Ole Serai Luxury Camp - Turner Springs.Easy Travel also arranged for a day hike of Mt. Kilimanjaro from Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut and back. James who was guide for the hike was an amazing guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and kept us at a pace that was comfortable for us. Though we were skeptical whether or not we will be able to complete the hike - James worked with us and helped us complete the hike. He made sure that we were comfortable and were able to enjoy the hike at Kilmanjaro. When one of us was having difficulty getting down the mountain, James located walking sticks to help her with the descent. Our daughter is already planning to go back with her friends for the hike to the top of Kilimanjaro. And she is already a fan of Easy Travel. At the end of our trip the owner of Easy Travel, Mr. Musaddiq, met with us and sought feedback on all aspects of our trip. Since our trip was planned and executed extremely well by Easy Travel we had only positive feedback to provide. We also got to see Easy Travel’s massive facility where they maintain all their safari vehicles in house. It was not surprising that Easy Travel was celebrating their 30th year in business. With the kind of planning and execution they did for us and made our trip a memorable one I am sure that they have a great future ahead of them.We were very impressed by Easy Travel and their ability to plan and execute a memorable and lasting memory of Tanzania for us. Thank you. We are now a fan of Easy Travel and we will definitely use Easy Travel on our future trips to Tanzania.
We just arrived home from a one week safari tour with Easy Travel. I highly can recommend Easy Travel. It is expensive of course, as all tours are in Tanzania, but communication and also the tour Ms Lisbeth put together for us was exactly what we wanted. Our tour guide/driver, Mr. Doto, was also very good and we just had a wonderful week. Thanks to the whole team and we will be back for sure.
My gf and I have been planning this African trip for months, and were so glad we picked Easytravel for making our trip so amazing!First, Easytravel handled all our booking enquiries diligently and followed through with detailed and prompt suggestions. That took a lot of stress out of us as we want to make sure our whole trip is customized to have all the elements we want. Big hand for Evania!Second, the safari driver Hamdani is very professional, capable and friendly. He went the extra mile to seek out the animals we wish to see and we were able to take wonderful animal pictures that many others probably dont have the chance to. Not to mention he is very knowledgable and outspoken about wildlife, as well as Tanzania! We learnt a lot and got even more intrigued with this countryThird, Easytravel has been very helpful in helping me track and retrieve the luggage misdelivered during my airport transfer.Fourth, they prepared a very heartwarming cake to celebrate our anniversary (not once but twice, once at their office during the briefing, another time during dinner time at one of the campsites with dance performance from the staff!). We were really caught by surprise, and very moved by the length they went to make this trip memorable for usFifth, the arrangements are all very smooth and seamless with no hiccups from airport to hotels /camps to the scenic spots we want to visit both in the game drive and Zanzibar. When we tweaked our plan on the fly in Zanzibar, the driver and guide is very accommodating and gave us great suggestionsThis trip wouldnt be that amazing without their arrangement and Easytravel has my highest appreciation for the effort they put into organizing it.Pick them and youll thank yourself for it!Victor
We booked a custom tour with Easy travel that is similar to the Wildlife Encounters tour, but which was adapted to our needs. We did a combination of Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with a cultural visit of Mto wa Mbu.Let me break down our review in multiple parts:1. PLANNINGWe are very satisfied with the close and pro-active follow-up Easy Travel provided when preparing the tour. We got a direct contact person (first Jessica, later Jane) who guided us in composing the perfect tour for us. They suggested optimizations to our wishes in a pro-active manner but were at the same time very open to input we had from our own research. Their answers were always fast and extensive. Very good experience from the beginning.2. DRIVER/GUIDEOur driver and guide for the trip was Festo. A down-to-earth, super-friendly guide with 17 years of experience. Time after time, he got us at the best viewpoints and the best places to spot the wildlife. He was open to answer any question we had and he showed expertise throughout the trip in all facets of a safari. We called him SuperFesto as he was also helping other drivers if their car needed fixing :)3. ACCOMODATION & TRIPWe did the trip in July which was the time when the Big Migration was in Northern Serengeti. This caused our trip to be a bit of a challenge, combining both central and northern serengeti in 3 days. Sometimes the drives were long, but with wildlife spotting en route, never dull - specific thanks to Festo our driver who planned every day very well in driving/spotting balance. In terms of accomodation, we chose for a basic/comfort package, which felt as way more comfort than basic, meaning that we were very happy with the accomodations and service we experienced. A specific mention for the Tortillis Tented camp in central serengeti which was top notch, with great food and very nice tents. Not to forget the best staff pleasing us with singing and dancing both nights we were there. One sidenote: in some accomodations, we had trouble getting hot water (which was fixed when mentioned), and once the towels werent clean. A minor issue compared to the great experience throughout.4. SERVICEThroughout the whole trip, from planning to debrief afterwards, Easy Travel was super helpful and friendly. We did not have to worry about anything and our contact person Jane even called up to 3 times to hear if every thing was according to our wishes. A sign of how dedicated the organization is to its clients.CONCLUSION: Easy travel really lives up to its name. This adventurous safari trip was one of the best experiences ever. We never had to worry about anything and could focus on enjoying this amazing experience. I would recommend Easy Travel to everyone who wants to travel Tanzania. With Easy Travel, you have no worries, only joy. Hakuna Matata!
We began working with Easy Travel about a year before our trip to Tanzania. At first, we worked with Judith, then we were switched to Amina. We communicated via email the entire time, and the response time was always extremely fast. We outlined the kinds of things we wanted to do – wildlife safari being #1, a little hiking around Kilimanjaro, and a day or so of down time when we first arrived, so we could adjust to the 8-hour time difference. Judith worked out a basic itinerary that included all these things at a “comfort” level (i.e. not ultra-luxurious and expensive, but not budget either). Everything looked very exciting, so we booked everything they suggested.Once we arrived in Tanzania, we were met at the airport by our guide, Hubert. Hubert instantly became our Mr. Everything: he drove us everywhere (in a Toyota Land Cruiser, specially outfitted for safaris with a pop-up roof and room for six passengers behind the driver), he taught us all about the plants, animals, and Tanzanian culture, took me on a small side hike at the bottom of Mt. Kilimanjaro (since I was not up to the usual trek that my husband took with another guide),rehearsed Swahili phrases with us so we wouldn’t embarrass ourselves when interacting with Tanzanians (most of whom speak English), and was lovely company during our meals in the bush. He answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently. He became a member of our family for eight days, and I cried when we had to leave him. Anyone who gets to see Tanzania with Hubert at your side is lucky indeed!Easy Travel arranged for two other guides who led us through specific parts of our trip: Baraka, who was a trekking guide and took my husband partway up Kilimanjaro; and Goodluck, who was a cultural tourism guide in the village of Mto wa Mbu and introduced us to all things banana (including banana beer), various methods of building houses, and even got us a ride in a tuk-tuk driven by a former college mate of his.At both the beginning and end of our time in Tanzania, we met with Amina at Easy Travel offices. At the first session, she, Hubert, and Baraka oriented us to all that we would be doing and ascertained that we had everything we needed. I don’t want to give away any Easy Travel surprises, but I will say that the entire staff made us feel very, very welcome! At our last session, Amina met with us to get our feedback.Throughout the entire experience of planning and the actual travel, Easy Travel made everything delightfully personal, friendly, and easy. The safaris, trekking, and lodging they arranged surpassed our expectations. We felt like everybody was so happy we were there, eager to show us their beautiful country, and arrange everything just the way we wanted it.
My husband and I went on safari with Easy Travel for our honeymoon and had THE most amazing experience! I would 100% (or more, if possible) recommend Easy Travel! (this is not a sponsored post :D )My husband had planned this honeymoon and right from the very beginning, the staff whom he was liaising with in Tanzania (Voice and Schola) were very professional and helpful. They were quick to respond to his email queries, and making the booking with them was easy.Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, our guide, Emillian, was there to receive us. He greeted us with such warmth, and even helped us with our bags! We proceeded to the Easy Travel main office for a briefing, where the very sweet staff surprised us with a congratulatory cake, Maasai blankets, and songs! We were very pleasantly surprised at the hospitality of the Easy Travel team.Over the next 9 days, we traveled from Arusha (Lake Duluti lodge 1 night)->Tarangire National Park (Kuro Tarangire camp 2 nights)->Ngorongoro Crater (The Highlands 2 nights)-> Central Serengeti (Kubu Kubu tented camp 1 night) -> Northern Serengeti (Sayari camp 2 nights).Every camp we stayed at was great! The staff were friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and to make our stay extra memorable (especially since we were on our honeymoon). As for the daily game drives, my husband and I could not be more impressed with our guide, Emillian. He had more than 20 years of experience in the field, and knew exactly how, where, and when to spot the animals. Among the many animals we saw, we managed to see 2 leopards on our first day of game drive in Tarangire, and 5 wildebeest river crossings in ONE DAY in Northern Serengeti! In addition to his excellent animal-spotting skills, he was very knowledgeable about almost every species we came across, and was able to tell us details about each species, how they contribute to the ecosystem, how the migration cycle takes place, etc. He was also able to tell us a lot about plants and land formations! He was also great at driving, and we never once felt unsafe in the jeep on the paved roads from place to place, or out on game drives.Easy Travel made this honeymoon an extremely enjoyable and worry-free experience, and we would definitely go with them again in the future! A big thank you to the Easy travel team! (:
If you are planning on coming to Tanzania look no further than Easy Travel! They go the absolute extra mile to ensure your trip is the experience of a lifetime! You feel part of the family as you arrive and every need and question you have is taken care of. I cant wait to go back to Tanzania and explore more with the Easy Travel team. The best!! :)
In february we started the processes finding our Safari company in Arusha for our trip in July. We asked a few operators, comparing the price and trip suggestions. We are glad we made the right choice. Easytravel is a very serious operator and they do everything in their power to make you a happy customer. Our trip was; Arusha -> Lake manyara -> Ngorongoro -> Taranagire. Safari for 3 days, 3 nights. Accomodation was great. We stayed at Simbo lodges close to the national parks. Crazy experience living in “tents” listening to animal sound through the night. Before we went to Safari I did not think that the Travel - agency or safari guide would make any big difference, but I was wrong. In Safari you never know what to expect, the animals are living their own life and do not care about you wanting to see them. If you dont have a great guide you will for certain miss many big opportunities. Our guide Abisai Zabion had long experience, he knew where the animals might go and he had crazy hawk - eye skills. He could see animals in between trees, far away and in the bushes that we never would have seen if he didnt tell us. He was determined to find the animals and his face glowed everytime we found something special. With his encouragement and great skills we were lucky to see all big 5 in only 5 days.Abisai was a living leksikon. He knew everything, and we learned more in these 3 days than we have learned about Afrika and animals 15 years in school. He was genuinely interested in us and gave us a lot of good advice when locals approached us, trying to sell us things. We really appreciated this one. Abi had also been a guide at Kilimanjaro and had a lot of knowledge that we appreciated, he had a great political view and loved his country. This was an experience of life, and we are 100 % certain we will do it again. We are also 100 % certain that we will recommend Abisai and Easytravel and choose them again.
Great experience with Jackson as our guide. We went to very nice lodges and camps where hospitality, rooms and food were great and saw almost all animals possible (except the rhino, which is understandable as there are only 20 in the country).Jackson was a very good driver who knew the sites, the animals and their behaviours (somehow he knew the cheetah would jump on our car, which was amazing), was flexible and patient to respond to any questions that we had. Finally the managing team spent time with us at the end of the safari to ask for our feedback so they can improve.
Very well organized. Very friendly, swift and detailed communication from Easy Travel and Tours Ltd office. All your queries are patiently answered so that you are convinced and you go ahead to book the most amazing trip of your lifetime. You can tailor your trip according to you needs. We went with our children (10 and 5 years old) and had a very comfortable safari. We had an AMAZING guide, who knew the ways, made sure we got the best views of the place . If you go with kids on your safari, ask for Dotto the coolest guide, driver and entertainer!
With family, it was our first Safari and really Easy Travel did a Great job; our contact Godfrey organized all itinerary and places to visit (had no clue about the region). We stayed 3 nights in excellent lodges and visited amazing parks (do not miss Ngorongoro). Special thanks to our guide Dotto who was patient with kids and detailed on wildlife and Tanzania culture, further we could see the big 5 animals. we even saw a serval cat.Thank you Easy Travel for this Life Time Experience.
I am happy to highly recommend Easy Travel and Tours for a Tanzanian holiday, as we have just returned from a 3 week vacation for which they made all the arrangements. We climbed and successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, took an 8 day safari and then spent 3 days in Zanzibar. Easy Travels staff, (especially our agent Amina), were extremely helpful in suggesting what route to climb, what gear to bring and when to come to Tanzania. The team that helped us summit the mountain, led by guides Gipson and Danny, were fantastic. They made it fun while still helping us to combat altitude sickness and fatigue en route to Uhuru Peak. The porters and cook were also kind and helpful young men. Our safari guide was Jackson, who has a wealth of knowledge about the animals and bush and was able to navigate Ndutu, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater preserves so that we saw miraculous animal life cycles. We found all the management and employees of Easy Travel that we dealt with to be compassionate and professional and we are truly grateful that they arranged a trip of a lifetime for our family.
We did a 6 day trip with our family 2 adults and 2 kids. I started planning late but Maryam was excellent and put together several itineraries and was very responsive, well informed and helpful. She gave a lot of details about the trip and anticipated potential issues regarding travel times, flights etc. She met us, briefed and debriefed us very professionally. The trip was terrific as well with our guide Adrian. He was knowledgeable and managed to entertain adults and kids with lots of information about the areas we visited, geography, animals, local life etc. He was adept at managing all the age groups and was very kind. He was determined to find all the animals we wanted to see and kept count with our 9 yo. He gave us insight into his country and made us have a greater appreciation for the nature, the people and life in Tanzania,The parks were wonderful and we got to stay in all levels of accommodation from tented camps to beautiful lodge ( Neptune at Ngorogoro). The tented camps were wonderful because you really got to enjoy nature - waking up with the noise of the birds and going to sleep with impalas and waterbuffalo rubbing against the tents- exciting but completely safe, as long as you follow the rules. The staff at all the camps really went out of their way to be welcoming and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was mostly buffets and it was the best when you ate local dishes and produce. If you have time for a coffee tour in Arusha, it is well worth it, informative and enjoyable for a 1/2 day visit. All in all, Easy Travel really made it easy for us to have a trip of a lifetime! We were a little dusty and tired at the end but rested comfortably each night and enjoyed this beautiful country. Would definitely use Easy Travel when we go again.
The Easy Travel team treated us like family from start to finish. The perfect balance between a professional organisation that inspires confidence and personal attention which makes the trip so memorable. I have been to Tanzania on 5 occasions and adventured with various other organisations and their friendly and knowledgeable guides are the best in the business.
Easy Travel went above and beyond in making our Tanzanian safari experience exceptional. From the many emails exchanged with Godfrey to plan the details to the attention our guide, Endeni dedicated to insure we got the most of every moment, we were never let down. I hope to return someday to Tanzania and Easy Travel will definitely be my choice again.Inzuri sanna!
Date of travel: July 9 thru July 14, 2018My wife and I wanted to to do a safari in Tanzania to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I contacted Schola Ungelle from Easytravel via email at the end of May. She immediately replied and within a few days, she answered all our questions and finalized our 6-day custom safari. When we arrived in Kilimanjaro, she personally welcomed us and briefed us.Everything went according to plan. Mosses our guide driver was amazing. He took great care of us and relentlessly spotted the wildlife. We saw all the big fives, except for leopards. Mosses managed to drive us to see the great migration, even though we had been warned that we were too early and a long way from it. We saw thousands and thousands of zebras and wildebeests on their annual migration north. This undoubtedly was a once in a lifetime experience and the highlight of our trip. All accommodations were great. We stayed at the African Tulip Hotel in Arusha, the Olakira Migration Camp, Dunia Camp, and Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp. At each lodge, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out their way to celebrate our anniversary with a special cake and dance.Schola, Mosses and the lodge staff made our trip very memorable and a great success!
It was an amazing time in Tanzania, specially the Safari-Tour. We had a great time like never befor and we are so happy to had this experiance. Also we are very happy to choose your company for this trip. Absolutely everything was perfect including Edwin. We are from Germany and in the end of October / beginn of November, we spend 6 nights and 7 days with Easy Travel. We visited the Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Serenget National and the Ngorongoro Crater. We are so happy to see all The Big 5, because of our eagle eye Edwin, he was the best guide ever.It was the best choice!!!
Tanzania is a magical place and its people extremely friendly. Easy Travel and Tours is the company to organise a memorable experience. Ive just returned from a 7 day safari the highlight of which was a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater which should be included as one of the wonders of this earth and filled with almost every animal on the planet. You will not regret using this companys services who are very professional and their attention to detail leaves nothing to chance
I traveled with my wife to Tanzania for a 5 day safari in August 2018. Jane has been very helpful since she was trying to make a program that would cover everything we asked for. She was always very patient and helpful and the final outcome was nothing less than perfect! Our driver and guide, Huberty was a local with 14 years of experience in safaris. Always knew which roads to track for animal spotting, explaining everything and managing everything. We managed to spot all big 5.The company itself was really professional. Our vehicle was properly maintained and we didnt face any problems (unlike some other tourists, that were standing next to their cars for hours waiting for help to arrive). The car was equipped with a refrigerator, wi-fi and walkie talkie (when an animal was spotted by someone else, they radioed the position to us).Overall it was an amazing experience, a must if you ask me and its a pity to go for a safari and spend a lot of money on companies that arent professional. Easytravel is the way to go, thank you guys for everything!
When formulating our travel plans, we compared three safari companies. Godfrey from Easy Travel was the most helpful, promptly answering my numerous questions, offering suggestions, and checking in regularly as we were making our plans. Our guide, Gerald Mollel, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. We really cannot imagine a better guide than Gerald. He is FANTASTIC at what he does, and he is a sincerely nice person. When Gerald noticed one member of our group was suffering from a head cold, he had the camp chef make a special pot of ginger honey tea for her. It was strong, but it was effective in clearing her sinuses and it helped her feel better.Gerald’s knowledge is extensive, having been a guide for 20+ years. Before becoming a guide, he completed a three-year course and passed an extensive safari guiding test. He is an expert at identifying all animals, birds, and plants. Additionally, he understands animal behavior which aids him in spotting animals that are difficult to find.By the end of our 7 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, we saw every type of animal in the region, including cheetahs, zebra, giraffe, and the “The Big 5” (over 63 lions, hundreds of elephants, hundreds of water buffalo, a rhino, and 2 leopards). Gerald was even able to mimic certain animal calls to get an animal to turn its head for a better picture. The African Tulip was comfortable and was an enjoyable introduction to Africa. The various Tortillis camps were all exceptional, with comfortable beds, great food, fun entertainment, and excellent service. There really is nothing like sleeping in a comfortable wall tent in the bush, listening to zebra graze next to your tent while lions, baboons, and hyenas call in the distance. Camp staff patrol the grounds to keep the dangerous animals away.It is clear Easy Travel cares about their clients, as Godfrey called while we were in the bush of the Serengeti to see if everything was meeting our expectations (which it was). We also received a call at the end of the safari, asking how everything went. We have no complaints, and we highly recommend Easy Travel and Gerald. If we are fortunate enough to return to Tanzania, we will certainly use Easy Travel and Gerald again.
We just finished the safari ( September) and we had a very good experience. Our driver (Hubert) is a very nice person and we knew Serengeti, lake manyara and ngorogoro very well. He was patient and was able to find all the animalsOur comercial contact was Michael, and his job was perfect.Ahh and dont skip the Masai tribe visit, it es really amazingThe only low point was the hotel at Arusha (dont stay at ilboru safari lodge)
We have done a 4 days safari with Easy Travel and everything was perfect... After a very efficient and clear exchange with Theo by mail, we arrive in Tanzania with everything planed: 3 days in Serengeti National Park and 1 day in Ngorongoro Crater. We had a briefing in the Easy Travel office in Arusha the day before where Theo was here to explain to us how the safari was going to be and we met our guide Freddy.About the safari, it has been from far the best experience weve ever done... Thanks to the best guide ever: FREDDY!!! He is perfect! Professional and passionate, he knows everything about animals, their characteristics and their behaviours. He knew the parks by heart to bring us to see what the nature could offer us!! And it was a success; as we have seen the big five (lions and leopard were coming to our car), wildebeest migrations, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, all sorts of antilopes, birds and even snakes!!... We shared so much together that we can only highly recommend Freddy to anyone whod like to have an amazing safari...Our accommodations at Tortilis Camp (in Serengeti) and Simba lounge (in Karatu) were awesome: very nice welcomes, amazing views, huge rooms perfectly clean with bathrooms, mosquito nets and hot showers... The dinners were delicious as were the breakfasts and lunch boxes!!To finish we recommend +++++ this company and we thanks a lot these guys to have made a dream come true...Asante sana!!
Just before booking with Easy Travel I had checked out a US based tour operator - Abercrombie & Kent. It was $7500 per person for 8 days in a group tour. Easy Travel offers a private, comfort, 7 day tour for less than half that. Of course you may be nervous dealing with some company in Africa but think about it...ultimately all those US companies eventually have to rely upon some kind of operation in Africa and all the accommodations are locally and independently owned and operated. We ultimately ended up doing their private, comfort tour and, yes, I wired the entire sum to them more than a month before arrival. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of everything they provided. From the research I did it looks like the A&K tour might have had slightly better accommodations and relied more upon local flights than driving. It doesnt look to me like the flights save you any time but you do avoid driving on bumpy roads. But then you miss the local color. On our first day we stopped by their headquarters and I was impressed with the scale of their operation. I bet they have 30 vehicles in operation. Each vehicle goes for servicing at the end of the tour because its a brutal environment. And they have all kinds of staff running the show. Nasemba quickly replied to all my questions via email prior to arrival and the one time I called from the US someone picked up the phone right away and solved my dilemma on the spot. The vehicles are pretty standard for almost all the tour operators there - modified Toyota Land Cruisers with seats for 7 passengers. Studying the layout it looked to me like it would be really uncomfortable for more than 5. There is less legroom for the back 2 rows and the last row is over the wheel wells which also cuts into leg room. But I suspect they dont always fill the vehicles. I think they would be better off removing a row and just charging more. Our guide, Lusekelo, was really good. Hes a very skilled driver in that he knows how to navigate the roads, how to maneuver the vehicle in tough situations, and how to place the vehicle for best viewing in a competitive environment (there can be 20 vehicles jockeying for position). I was aslo really impressed with his knowledge of all the animals and birds. And the guy has binocular eyes. He was able to see Hyenas probably a half mile out without binoculars. Only using the binoculars could I see them. You can use these guys with 100% confidence. They really get customer service better than most US companies.
EASY TRAVEL is way more than a tour company. They truly are a family and we became part of their wide-armed, extended family during our time in Tanzania. I had dreamed of traveling in that part of the world and it was a gift to realize those dreams with the love, support, and ease they provided. I never could have imagined the experiences that unfolded daily while there and in their care. From being welcomed into local communities to dancing and singing our way up Mt. Kilimanjaro to witnessing the jaw-dropping wilds of Serengeti to building forever-friendships and to every moment big and small, the genuine warmth of Tanzi culture is infectious. We look forward to planning another trip with their amazing team!
I really only have good things to say about this company so Im shocked to see any negative reviews of Easy Travel. Musaddiq was excellent at getting back to us via email with the several questions we had. And he really personalized our safari based on what we wanted to see and our budget.Emillian was our guide and he was truly amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable concerning both animals and birds with a high amount of respect. On one occasion he advised another guide to move away from a cheetah and her cubs, as they wouldnt eat because he was too close. He was the only guide in a big group that did this. When out in the field, he was extremely patient - not rushing in but rather waiting and letting the animals come to us. Furthermore, he has an uncanny ability to anticipate a variety of animals next moves. Emillian was also highly organized, organizing the next days itinerary in the evenings, based on what we wanted to see and do.We saw everything we wanted to see...more than we expected!Im already planning my next trip to Tanzania with Easy Travel. I definitely recommend this company, and be sure to request Emillian as your guide.
This company is top-notch. My mother went to Africa in the 1960s and ever since Ive been around Ive heard about how magical the continent is. Finally, I was able to travel there and chose Easy Travel for my outfitter. From minute one to the very last minute, they were professional and knowledgable, hilarious and unbelievably prepared for everything. I know there are tons of safari operators out there, but these folks know what theyre doing. If there was a sixth star Id give it to them. So. Good.
Last Tuesday I returned from a SERIGAITA trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. It was a dream come true!! The landscapes were amazing, the people, especially of Tanzania were very friendly and the lodges and resorts chosen by SERIGAITA were superb! A special greeting to Freddy Kapinga, our game driver who brought emotion and professionalism to our visit. Last but not least, thank you so much to Sofia and SERIGAITA for another memorable trip; the third of many!!
I made our sefari plan just within a week but Scholar reply to me in time and in detail. And both my husband and I feel very lucky to have such a good guide as Mr.Dennis. He knows almost everything about these animals and tried his best to let us enjoy our game drive. His English is extremely good! We saw all the Big 5 and the dazzlingly beautiful sunrise in Ngorongoro, and many lovely animals that we had never heard about. We spend 4 nights in Tortilis camp and their service are really meticulous. The dinner were also delicious. Thank you Easy Travel to give us an unforgettable vacation!
Our friendly, knowledgable and reliable guide, Everest Mboya, made the trip a delight. He had over 20 years experience and was a qualified mechanic. Everest was very accommodating to stop and see things we asked to see, but this was seldom needed as he knew the best places to go and we saw all the Big 5 and dozens more. He had an excellent sense of humour and had my daughter and I speaking Swahili phrases in no time. Payment, information provided, and email queries all went smoothly. It was the trip of a life time and worth waiting 5+ decades for!
I successfully (if not terribly slowly) trekked to the top of Kilimanjaro under the guidance of Easy Travel Tours. Between our head guide, Gibson and his three lead guides Frank, Danny and Isaac - there was never a moment I felt nervous or afraid and I think when youre tackling a peak of this nature, its critical to feel comfortable and looked after at all times; the guides achieved this perfectly. They were professional and so genuinely friendly, in fact I laughed so much on this tour - even when I was my most spent I had a smile on my face. I have to make a mention of the UNBELIEVABLE porters lead by the animated Lazarus, who not only carried our entire camp and gear, but also set us off every morning with a jovial, authentic foot-stomping song and dance routine, definitely something I wish I could start every day with. Let me not forget Rasta and Damien - the wonderful chefs who fed us until we couldnt eat anymore (great veggie options) and of course Vincent and Shebbie - our two “hosts”. I think they are a perfect example of how and why Easy Travel is such a brilliant tour company. Vincent and Shebbie made sure that all the small gestures and touches were implemented.Their meticulous attention to detail left no stone unturned when it came to comfort and hospitality, and made this adventure a very plush, comfortable and unique one! I would 100% recommend Easy Travel to any friends or family wanting to get to the top of Kili.
My and my familys safari with Easy Travel was a wonderful experience. The attentive customer service support of Jessica and Emmanuel was truly first class. Our guide, was excellent, personable and very experienced. I would highly recommend using this company.
No words to describe how gently, knoweledgable and attentive Easy Travel was during our Safari. It was the best tour operator we could ever have. I recomend it 100%. Special thanks to Norah for all the planning and Cornel for being the best driver and guide !!
The best tour operators in Tanzania. Honest, hardworking, professional and always, smiling! After spending one month in TZ, Im looking forward to going back and using Easy Travel again.
Travelling to Ngorongoro and the Serengeti has always been a dream of mine and in early 2017 I was lucky enough to go there. The team at Easy Travel were incredible and I without a doubt I would advise them to anyone wanting to see this incredible part of the world!!!
They offer the best services, as seen on TripAdvisor they are the top rated tour operators in Tanzania and most reliable. Try them
3 weeks in the bush. Unbelievable sites, tours, hikes and experiences all thanks to the incredible team at Easy Travel and extremely well run business. Couldnt recommend Easy Travel as a tour company enough.

Experience of a lifetime! Norah and Elias are awesome!
Top Rated Tour Operator
Very good service !
Well trained staff
Wonderful safari in Tanzania. After some research on the Internet we chose Easy Travel for the organization of our trip. It proved to be an excellent choice, we were followed and advised both during the preparatory phase and during the trip. The guide, who spoke Italian, very prepared, we managed to see many animals. The structures where we stayed comfortable and in harmony with the surrounding nature. We also found excellent quality food.
Great company with great performance. We had a 3 day private safari in Tarangir, Manyara Lake and Ngorongoro. Smooth communication by email and Whatsapp. No surprise with the performance, everything was carefully organized. The driver (Sudi) was very nice and professional. We had a lot of fun but also learned a lot. I can only recommend this organizer.
We conducted a 5-day hunting tour and 7-day summit of Gili Mazaro through Eazy travel on August 21-9/2, 2018. Although the itinerary is compact, it is a very exciting journey!Lizbeth, who communicated through email beforehand, is very professional and responds quickly, suitable for Asians with fast tempo. XDDDThe hunting guide Everest and the mountaineering guide James are also very professional, allowing us to successfully fulfill our dream of watching animals and reaching the top. I dare not say that this is a must-go itinerary in this life, but you will never be disappointed if you go! Great travel agency~~recommended! ! !
Exceptional 3 days 2 nights safari with pick up the day before at Arusha airport. Everything was perfectly organized and our French speaking guide Doto was brilliant and very attentive to our needs. Trip full of emotions and unforgettable. Huge and very comfortable Jeep, luxury picnic etc ...We felt completely safe in terms of hygiene despite the COVID. The agency showed great flexibility allowing me to postpone the safari if I wanted but it was not necessary! Without hesitation next time!
I organized a 5-day safari with Easy Travel in the parks of Northern Tanzania: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. From the very first contacts I was followed by a single consultant, Voice, who provided me with excellent assistance and helped me set up a customized safari that met my needs in terms of places to visit, accommodations and dietary needs. Our guide during the safari, Mr. Rama, was very experienced both in dealing with rough paths and in identifying animals and, thanks to him, we were able to see all the big five and many other animals from very close. .. a unique emotion! The accommodations also lived up to expectations and even beyond: large rooms (in some cases very large), clean and very panoramic, with excellent restaurants that allowed us to always feel at ease.Highly recommended ... Thanks a lot!
We did a 5-day safari in the north of Tanzania in July 2018 (Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Mto Wa Mbu, Lake Manyara). From the very first contacts with Jessica and Janet I had the excellent impression of dealing with kind and helpful professionals. Jessica and then Janet assisted me, answering my thousand questions, and together we defined an intense but really beautiful itinerary that allowed us to admire the African nature in all its beauty, but also to visit the village of Mto Wa Mbu and a Masai village (tourist visits yes, but very interesting to understand their culture and learn about their customs). Our guide, Richard, speaks excellent Italian and was invaluable during the safari: he explained a lot about the animals we met, he was able to give us the best advice and guide us in a professional way along this adventure. We are fully satisfied with the tour and we are advising anyone who asks us to contact Easy Travel for their safari: a guarantee !! Thank you so much
Safari in Tanzania allowed to see animals up close and in their natural habitat, it is something phenomenal and incomparable.Zanzibar has the most beautiful and paradisiacal beaches. Wow!The people and inhabitants are extremely affable and kind, namely the driver of the jeep during the Safari - Freddy Kapinga. The amenities during the stay were very comfortable. The professionalism and dedication of SERIGAITA (Sofia Ribeiro) placed this adventure in 1st place on the podium. The best
Everything was perfect from the first contact until the end of the safari! Our guide Tesha knew extremely well the animals and the nooks and crannies of the different parks! We have seen almost everything (the rhinoceros is missing but very little has been left in the country). Lots of little touches from Voice who looked after us before our departure and upon arrival, and throughout our safari. I highly recommend !!
I would like that canvassing is less inquisitive! And that he respects the orange lists! If I have to go on a trip, it will not be via this agency.
