I am glad to have chosen this organizer. Everything went very smoothly, there was no need to worry about anything. It was awful for me to transfer the full amount for the safari to “somewhere in Africa”, but the owner Murtaza was a very patient person. We opted for a budgeted (tent) but private and individually adjusted option. Basically, they can arrange anything - we had both a traditional safari in the national park, and a walk in the Arusha NP, and climbed to Ol Doinyo and walked to the waterfalls. Murtaza kept in touch before (and after) the trip so that there would be no misunderstandings.The guide-driver and cook were great. The guide was never late - he was ready a little earlier, we organized everything we asked for (after some trips in the evening, for example, we wanted to walk around the city or see the plantations). The car was always clean and tidy. We saw all the animals we wanted, always stopped so we could take good pictures and waited as much as we wanted. We have really seen and done a great deal. The chef prepared well, the dinners were often even impressive, we didn’t need to look for extra food (there was even too much of it) and we didn’t get sick of what we were a little scared of. Basically, the food, especially breakfast and dinner, was better than many local cafes or hotels. Sleeping in the tents was comfortable (they provided mattresses and sleeping bags). I am happy with the trip and recommend this organizer.
