Very nice telephone company

Overall calm and cool office.But I would advise for them to add another Customer Care Officers at the other desks/seats so to move the queue quicker.Other than that, Im enjoying the affordable internet bundles from Airtel.

The staff is friendly, but the place seems to be under staffed. They have 6 counters for customer care, but only 1 or 2 function at a time. They need to game up their customer service.Expect an hour or more, once you enter the premises, if you have a problem with your sim card.

Helpful and knowledgeable customer service. The wait time can sometimes be long but its well worth it. Ive never left with an unresolved issue.

Service is slow and unprofessional. Waited forever in line with just one person ahead of me, yet somehow staff kept cutting the line and getting served over and over again before me. Very rude.Also it would be good if they upgraded The lighting, it makes The place look dim and dingy.

The office is found opposite of clock tower in city center of Arusha the place is so beautiful and amazing due to different architect found around the place which are cultural based sites

They overcharge constantly and have zero professionalism. When you ask them to verify usage they cannot. If there was zero stars I would give them zero. STAY AWAY!!!!

At airtel arusha shop I saw the fast service.Good customer care, as they have alot of experts to serve us.

The customer care is great but I would advise going there in the morning rather than the afternoon it tends to be packed and youd have to wait in line for a while.
