I went there on the 10th March evening after work, but ended disappointed in the experience I just had. The location is great and also nice and clean. But the problem is reception they are unprofessional and zero customer care. I ordered a 1hour massage and I repeat 2times to tell her but ended with 30mn massage, then they have to stop and discuss again. It seems like they cant communicate to each other and when I ask her about what happen she was very rude to me and starting yelling at me. I find it very weird. This killed my mood and I chose to left with alots of disappointment.I will advise the owner to give more trainee to her staff, customer care and how to handle the clients. But Agness shes terrible I think she could also beat the clients one day if she cant handle her altitude.If you want to book the massage there I will recommend to speak with the owner and not the staff. I remember I book with her before and I didnt notice any problem.Think twice to book a massage with Ai Care Spa....

Went for a bikini wax(got a Brazilian). The lady was very good. Professional and all that extra. My friend go a facial and was happy with it.

We went there for a manicure and a pedicure, and we need to stop it in the middle because it was so bad. They dont now anything about nails! They file it bad and paint over the nails. Never again.
