I do not recommend. It took them a full two weeks to replace the screen on the phone, after receiving it, I discovered that the GSM antenna was damaged and it took them another week to repair what they broke. In total, I didnt have a phone for 3 weeks. And the screen started breaking again 2 months after the warranty ended.

In the office they confuse everything ... address, surname ... they sent the technician to the 2nd end of Warsaw instead of Zielonka, 7km from them, even though they even had everything in the fv data ... only the technician was up to the task and he did his job well - 3/3 stars for your technician.

A service technician came to the refrigerator stating total damage due to the lack of parts. Despite the insistence, it took 3 weeks for the expert opinion to be issued. At that time, we were without a refrigerator. I called a real specialist who cleaned the cooling system, replaced the filter and everything works! Contact with the company is terrible. Stay away!

The 2-month-old washing machine after the service came back unrepaired, and also in a much worse condition and breaks worse than a 20-year-old washing machine.Probably the drum has not been secured during transport, which is currently making strange noises during washing.

I ADVISE! Scammers and tricksters. They estimated the repair of the LED backlight on a Samsung TV at PLN 1800! While another technician repaired the TV without even using any new parts, he only improved the joining of the slats and the TV works new. Even if it was necessary to replace the parts with new and original ones, they cost PLN 250, i.e. the service charged PLN 1,550 per labor. In my opinion, this is not fair.The fault diagnosis service itself costs PLN 123, and they didnt even turn on the TV, they didnt even know what kind of backlight the device had: not edge, as they claimed, but spot.Better to have the tv repaired to anyone who has any idea than to pay those hustlers for nothing.The owner of the website, of course, thinks that everything is fine, estimated it as appropriate, and I could decide or not to repair for this amount. Its just that when it comes to diagnosis and valuation, I trusted the authorized service, that they do their job reliably and as a result of this absurdly overstated repair valuation, I unnecessarily bought a new TV, and I returned the supposedly broken one. I found it completely unprofitable to repair a 50-inch TV for the price of buying a new one of the same size.I incurred very high costs. By them. The case is fit to go to court.

The service checked the washing machine twice for leakage. The first time in the apartment, the connections were verified and the doors were replaced. The second time, the equipment was taken to the workshop and sent back with information that it was probably leaking from the drain and the washing machine was operational. Joke? Below are photos taken during the first washing on both of these sites (back of the washing machine dry, side of the washing machine with a leak). In my opinion, technicians have no idea what they are doing since they make such diagnoses. I advise against using the services.

Super fast warranty service. Around 12 PM I reported to the Samsung Help Center about the TV defect and was ordered to repair it by A-Tech, in an hour I was called from the service if they could come in about 2 hours. So it happened and the motherboard was efficiently replaced on the spot, thanks to which the TV works again. I recommend :)

I can only judge the telephone conversation. I gave 4 stars because Samsung did not tell me that their website only supports the left side of Warsaw. The western part of Warsaw is operated by eo Network. I can rate the conversation highly because the consultant answered all the questions and even provided reference repair costs, which helped me make the right decision. I do not recommend the site. A kind of defect in the TV has been removed, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. I advertised the TV and after a week I got the information that a team would be sent to get it to the site. Then I asked the consultant how long the repair might take, the lady replied with a grudge that she did not know and how to know. Or maybe I should? I learned from the kind gentlemen who picked up the TV that it could take 3 days. It took over a week, and in the meantime I phoned and e-mailed the site to no avail. Today I received a call from the consultant from a private number (I do not know for what purpose) that if I am at home, the gentlemen will come and take the TV back, thanked him and hung up. This is what Customer Service looks like? I did not get any information as to whether the defect was eliminated or not. I will watch the TV, but in the event of another defect, I will do my best to prevent the TV from going to this website.

HelloI will write briefly and concisely, by of a service technician, the 4-year-old Samsung refrigerator was damaged so much (probably a bundle) that I bought the controller myself on the Allegro, replaced it and the refrigerator works. Its good that I didnt listen to them because I would throw away a refrigerator worth 3,000. in the garbage. The driver with shipping costs cost me PLN 90 - they have the diagnosis itself 170 + possible replacement of the driver (which they did not replace anyway because it is too old fridge and they do not have !!!!) 340. Avoid the big arc - Samsung should immediately solve the problem contract. Authorized service - yes, but probably garden wheelbarrows. I handed over the Panasonic mini-system, the broken CD player. After a week, I got a reply that the laser was to be replaced, but there were no parts. The hardware is relatively new, so I found it strange. I gave the turret to another site. In two days, the Lord replaced the laser with a new original one. I have the impression that they only deal with the simplest repairs that do not require more knowledge and skills (although replacing the laser for such a service should not be a problem). The best thing to do is to replace one block with another and deposit the customer with a large cash. I advise you to avoid A-tech and look for small, local services.

Unfortunately, I have to give this opinion and not another one.I bought the Delta Q coffee machine at Biedronka. I was very happy with it until, unfortunately, it stopped working. I returned it to the service and it was repaired. I was happy again, but the joy lasted even shorter than between the purchase and the previous complaint. After that repair, I used it literally several times, which is a maximum of 8. Each time I used the coffee machine, I cleaned it according to the instructions.Unfortunately, despite this, another complaint was negatively considered, that it was my fault that the coffee machine broke down. Samsung a40 resets itself. The first repair on the site was uploading the software. Of course it did nothing. Second visit and connector and tape replacement. The phone worked for 2 days. I live near the site, so when I had to repair my Samsung J5 under warranty, I decided to use it. Tragedy. I have an insured telephone at Credit Agricole, which sent me to this service. They gave them a larger amount of Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) repair than me. First of all. Secondly; I called this website and got simple and necessary information. Before I went to repair the phone (replace the display on the Samsung S4), I called various services asking about the price (to choose the cheapest one, of course). Over the phone, I found out that the cost was 320-350 PLN (it turned out to be the cheapest), so of course I went there (50 km). On the spot, I found out that the cost of the repair is PLN 505. When I asked why they misinformed me on the phone, the Lord pretended to be surprised ... he told me that it was not worth repairing and instead of at least apologizing for misleading me, he started showing on the internet how much can be bought used. He completely ignored me and I unnecessarily wasted time and money traveling there ... I strongly advise against this service.

The worst service I have dealt with so far. I have a three-year-old Samsung refrigerator. The warranty is over. In early August, it broke. We thought it was a compressor with a 10-year warranty. We called the service center to diagnose the fault. After 10 days, a technician came and said that it had actually failed the compressor. He took pictures of the signs and said you had to order. Then silence. One week passes, another week and nothing. Calling the company is almost a miracle. After three weeks, I finally sent an email. The gentleman kindly called back and said that it was impossible to get through because there were such queues at the reception. He arranged a technician for September 4, which was already a month after reporting. Of course, the technician did not show up, so I sent the appropriate e-mail again, you called back and arranged for the technician for September 11th. This time you came and you know what it turned out that it was not the compressor but the module that went out, which I could do in another company in a faster time. I advise you to stay away from them. I will not buy Samsung anymore household appliances or RTV.

After this time, I learned that the motherboard was down and the cost of repair is PLN 1250. I do not recommend. Avoiding this place from afar. In my S7 edge, after replacing the display, they forgot that it was not Phone 7 and that Samsung did not give up the 3.5 mm mini jack input. So they left only a black hole. Best of all, they conducted a ha ha leak test and this is not possible in this situation. Not enough that they do not know each other and lie. Even when replacing the display, they left behind powders between the lens and the glass of the front camera. They valued the repair at PLN 500 and decided that the warranty does not cover it. I paid for. After a month of time, the situation is the same, the phone does not work, no scratches, the service states that the display has been spilled and the repair is PLN 500 again. I received information that I can advertise it through the cellular network where I purchased it. I am sorry to say that the service is based on warranty repairs. They suggest replacing all damaged components, which makes no sense in post-warranty repairs because the costs are often very high. I waited about two weeks for the diagnosis of a TV fault. Damage to the motherboard was found, the cost of such a motherboard is about 650 PLN. I obtained a used disc for PLN 100, delivered it to the service and then found out that the matrix inverter is also damaged, the cost of the inverter which is available together with the matrix is ​​about PLN 1,200. the cost of the entire 32-inch TV is about 900 PLN. I took the TV and gave it to another service. Surprisingly, it turned out that the motherboard that was to be damaged is working and the damaged inverter can be repaired. To sum up, the inverter and the matrix backlight were damaged, repair cost PLN 250. In the whole situation, the fact that Atech did not even take a zloty from me deserves a plus.

Service OK. They replaced a damaged rubber collar on the door side under the warranty, and they did not have to, because Samsung apparently does not cover the guarantee of mechanical damage. And here, please, such a pleasant surprise. It took a while to download parts from Samsungs warehouse, but the availability of parts is not affected by the service. A professional, cultural technician disassembled and turned the washing machine quickly, efficiently, knew what and how by heart. Maybe 15 minutes work. Warning! Warning before A-tech service! If any of you donate equipment to the A-tech service in Warsaw, do not sign repair cards with false reference dates of the equipment and its receipt - in the system and in the cards they give the same day (e.g. telephone referred 5-10-2016 and received on the same day 5 -10-2016). They say on the A-tech website that the system does not allow for other dates and that Samsung knows about it and has the correct dates. This is not true! Keep paper receipts with correctly entered dates, because none of the companies will provide you with real documents when you need them!

I agree with negative opinions about the A-tech website. They agreed to service the fridge 2 weeks in advance and on the eve of the deadline they wrote some oblique and probably untrue excuses: We are forced to cancel the Friday service of the refrigerator due to the service technician. Please look for some other service because due to the situation, the freezing season and the distance from Your village, the nearest free date would be at the end of July. Total failure.

Before putting Samsung TV to this service, I did a fault diagnosis in an unauthorized service. They told me how much damage. After putting this TV on this service authorizing ala after holding it for about 2 weeks they called and said that the fault is irreparable. As I received the television, I noticed that when you returned the equipment to me on your copy of the repair after my signature under receipt, I changed the records. At my request that she show me what she did and say that I had done the document, she shrugged. As the board of giving the name, she told me that she would not give it and went out into the back room. I repaired the TV in the service which did diagnostics for me. It works great to this day. Ssmsung should terminate the cooperation agreement with this service. Avoid this service from afar.

I give one star because I have to write a review.I strongly advise against this pseudo service. I have read all the opinions here and I am surprised that they are any positive at all.Lets get to the point. The case concerns a workshop vacuum cleaner purchased in Biedronka. The problem was that the vacuum cleaner despite very noisy work had very poor power. The vacuum cleaner has a power of 1250W, which is easy to count at 230V, giving us 5.4A power consumption.I made measurements. The mains voltage at the time of measurement was 229V, and the vacuum cleaner consumed 3.52A, which gives us 806W. Where are the other 444W? As you can see, we lack more than 30% of power.The second problem reported was falling wheels. Two out of four fall off practically every time the vacuum cleaner is lifted, because the attachment is simply too loose.At the time of returning the equipment under warranty, I was assured that the matter would be settled within two weeks. After three weeks I began to get impatient. At that time, I didnt know yet which service my vacuum cleaner hit. So I called the Biedronka hotline, I didnt get any information, the Lord promised to call me back. He did it the next day and reported that a vacuum cleaner was available.On delivery (in Biedronka), I wanted to immediately connect and make a measurement, but you told me that I could not do it because they have a different current. I barely stopped the burst of laughter, but what would I argue about an innocent woman, they told her to tell nonsense it tells. But thats part of the trivia.After unpacking the vacuum cleaner at home, I immediately boiled. In the box I found Repair card - Receipt Receipt, and it reads EQUIPMENT TESTS. For a moment I deluded myself that maybe something was done, but someone did not want to enter the details. I connected the vacuum cleaner and found that nothing had changed at all.Before writing the review, for three days I tried to contact the gentleman whose initials were in the field technicians name and surname and ask how the vacuum cleaner was tested. When I finally succeeded, I learned from an insulted and unpleasant Lord that he is not a technician and does not know it. So I asked why his name appears on the repair card. He grunted that this is the case in the system and cannot be changed.So I asked if there was a possibility to talk to the technician who tested this vacuum cleaner. I learned that he was not there and they would not give me the name, even though they demanded my name immediately when I asked to call the Lord whose name I had on the repair card.I strongly advise against any cooperation with this incompetent serviceI have several conclusions:- the service has limited to turning on the power, without even taking the vacuum cleaner out of the box;- the vacuum cleaner does not have the power given on the rating plate, and the service is fully aware of it.Now Im starting to write to Jeronimo Martins, to look at how their warranty service works, and then to Vershold - the vacuum cleaner manufacturer. This site is a nightmare.I gave the Samsung phone under warranty. The service stated three times that there is no fault. Of course, he kept the phone without a word a few weeks before I received such information. I have a Philips vacuum cleaner for repair. The suction tube did not stick to the vacuum cleaner socket. I explained this to the gentleman receiving the equipment. However, he stated that an EXPERTISE (?) Would be performed. After two days, I was informed that the EXPERTISE had shown that the suction tube and cover had to be replaced. The cost of PLN 280 (new vacuum cleaner PLN 450), of course, I did not agree. Upon receipt, I had to pay a fee of PLN 30.75 for the preparation of unnecessary expertise. When the vacuum cleaner was out of order, it is just like that and I only incurred the costs unnecessarily. I advise you to avoid this point from a distance, because the client is turned into a ball and charges a fee for an imaginary service.

I have a terrible experience with this company. On the first day, when they were supposed to come to diagnose the equipment, the car broke down. After diagnosing the problem, they promised to come on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Monday, found out no earlier than Thursday. Im calling today on Thursday, nobody answers. In the end they kindly call that the car broke down (again) and they will arrive on Tuesday. Some mockery in the living eyes !!!

Incompetent service.I reported the HD4686 kettle failure. I was told that repair, and I took when I came to pick up December 23 (Application No. 29082) were married 12 PLN and said they did not have the parts. So at home I repaired the kettle myself, saving PLN 100 which was supposed to cost repair, i.e. replacing one capacitor for PLN 4. Arc around these tricksters and dunches. This is not a service but a trickster.

Hello Everyone, unfortunately I am forced to confirm any negative observations. AMAZING SERVICE COMPRISING EVEN LAGEST STANDARDS and now to the point. For the third time, this sheltered workshop helps me. Each time it is kind of compulsory because the warranty repairs (home theater, laptop) reported by the Samsung helpline at Białostocka were redirected. The opinion concerns the last adventure related to the repair of the washing machine as part of the PREMIUM service. As an explanation, this service is offered for only a few models of devices (one or two washing machines, refrigerators and probably a vacuum cleaner). The idea is to make the parts available from stock. Theoretically, each screw should lie on the shelf. It is guaranteed, among others Technician visit next business day after reporting the failure. I received the whole list of obligations in writing, it is not my own, I see only a clear case. Samsung tickler punches a lot of money for this pleasure. The subject model has one feler I also know how the PREMIUM service should look like in practice (by the end of June 2019 it was being implemented by another service, which for some reasons ended cooperation with Samsung). Three times that part was exchanged and three times everything on the next business day after the application took place and the repair ended on one visit. By the way, the washing machine has a modular construction, i.e. it is not some tedious soldering just simply unscrewing a few screws and replacing parts.Reporting the fault took place on 04.07.19 (Thursday) using a dedicated telephone line. I think someone is going to be great on Friday and the matter from the head - nothing more wrong. Mrs. A. responsible for customer service offered on July 9, 1919 (Tuesday) and she still decided that what I imagine is that they have 14 days, etc. At the mention of PREMIUM, she demanded that I send her his strange expectations by e-mail. OK, I see the girl has no idea, so I sent what I got from Samsung. In response, Mrs. A. apologized for the delays in a somewhat milder tone, stating at the same time the lack of parts and that on 09.07.19 (Tuesday), explaining. A good holiday period, an empty house, and some laundering can not be done. On Tuesday, you arrive late in half an hour (even he did not deign). We are talking about a two-hour range by the service so we have to wait bravely. I came to see you, because according to the application there was only general information the washing machine works loudly. So I am calling Samsungs hotline, please read the application and there like the bull drum does not turn, the washing machine does not take detergent (amazing difference). Of course, the Lord did not have any parts. He diagnosed engine damage and went. Another visit on 11/04/19 - an hour late (replacement of the engine and pumps, you had two engines because one of them was found wonderfully in the warehouse) - no results, diagnosis - control module. During start-up a large stain of detergent on the floor and the softener is not sucked. The nice Pan of the snakes so much so that the flow was not from here problems with the emollient and did not tighten one screw from here the detergent pool under the washing machine. Probably a bit stupid, he also promised to arrive on Friday, out of turn. Until then, the contact of great telephones, although he did not answer, but informs us on a regular basis. Friday, 12.07.19, at 19:52:12 (behind the repair card, which I did not sign anyway) finally everything (almost) plays. During disassembly of the pulley cover (such thin, pressed sheet from the back), the Lord bent it strongly, which during the spin resulted in burdensome vibrations and the sound effect of sheet metal shoring. I even wanted to buy this cover, but the Lord gave a quote, Ill do it. A sensitive farewell ;-) and a 180-degree change. I experienced the attitude of buy and spam ... topped with e-mail, so that I would not make more calls (1 phone, 3 sms true stalking) and complaints to Samsung wrote. To sum up the technician very nice, however, latecomers, non-verbal. Replaces the engine replacement, damage to the cover - which is difficult to tell. AROGANCKA service honestly I REPRESENT.

Very bad service !!! Last minute repair prices, incompetent technicians, pullers and scammers! after 2.5 months and paying PLN 650, they returned the broken dishwasher to me. I strongly advise against any kind of repair in this place!
