ATM gave me 20k local currency with no fees, but the rate was horrible, they took from my account 13$! Highly recommend to use DTB (at least for master card) - good rates and no fees.Rest of place is okay, clean, nice backyard.

Useful collection of shops. However, Its annoying that the toilets almosr never have tissues or toilet paper. For such a mall, it can do better!

For real, this place is amazing. It has alot of cool services including video games, outfits service, super market, jewels, electronics, children games, cinema, inns, bars and all other cool stuffs. There is also a high security and well planned infrastructure that is latrines and parking system.

Nice place, but dont listen to the map pin. Aim Mall is right off the highway. If Google tries to take you off the highway, dont listen.

Our experience, in what we thought was a lovely little grocery store, was a major disappointment. A 6,000 Tshil cup of Gelato was purchased. We were told that would be $3 US currency and to pay at the register. The cashier very rudely said it was $4 and, again very rudely, put out her hand for the other dollar. Frustrated and shocked at our treatment (which was soooo unlike anything we had yet encountered) we paid the money and left. The actual amount we should have paid, after consulting the currency exchange, is $2.81! I have half a mind to go back there today and demand our dollar back...

Very cool space. Felt like I was back in Kenya. An array of shops - clothes stores, supermarket, Forex Bureau, shoe shops and restaurants. Food court has a number of restaurants serving Western, Eastern and local cuisine.

Its a nice place with beautiful spots to chill with kids and as a family. There is also a 3D cinema theater

WHY DOESNT THE BATHROOM EVER HAVE TOILET PAPER?! Like there are places to cut corners that are better than that...

I had a nice experience at the mall, found a lot of what I was looking for. Make sure to stop by Village Supermarket. Its one of the most well stocked supermarkets you can find in Arusha, with the added perk of an in-house coffee shop with access to a fine selection of baked treats.

Nice and big mall. Looks brand new, so part of the shops still vacant. Ample parking, good places for kids, cinema, amusement area for kids and adults. The italian ice cream shop is very good. Village supermarket available, with good quality products.

Not very much a mall, more like an empty building with very few little shops that have extortionate prices. The food and drink offering isnt very varied either although we did enjoy the breweries beer. Supermarket there has a good variety for more European products if youre after any of that.

Food is a bit overpriced but generally great ambiance. The movie theatre is amazing showing latest movies. Overcrowded on weekends, if you dont like crowds week nights are best for you.

I did not understand why you had to charge entrance fee on 31 december just because you were going to have fireworks on new year eve! Malls are suppose to be public space and place.

It has an amazing supermarket, a great electronics store, the best mens shoe store, and some of the places are still yet to be rented out... the parking staff is pretty uncouth and the space isnt all that much. All in all it is a nice place to hang out, get some food and catch a movie.

Some good restaurants and shops here, turning into a good set of services. However the loud bar which has set up in the food court area is so loud its unpleasant to sit in the restaurants! Friday and Saturday evenings are to be avoided, far too loud.

I have been to the movie theatre that they have, and I would say it is AMAZING! The screen is massive with perfect sound effects .Not much has been built here but it sure looks promising.

Best place for pleasure in Arusha

Aim mall was new on my first visit many shops not yet filled, i went to the hairdresser and nail salon there. There is a grocery Shop there where many things westerners like can be brought including extra virgin coconut oil etc.

Modern shopping mall and perhaps the biggest if i am not mistaken in Arusha. Though the many shops are now empty and the place is not happening except for the supermarket and cinema.The food outlets are also open or closed most of the time.Few shops selling branded clothes are available.

Most vendors still dont accept MPESA, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa or Mastercard. Foid is great though

Most of the reviews here feel like they are written by store owners... The mall has a semi decent supermarket at one end. Most of the other stores are either closed or sell everything at a massive premium. Not worth stopping for.

Food court makes life easy if you are with the family. Kids playground and the environment is very lovely.The draught beer is what always takes me back to that place.

The place is very good and cool. It is one of the best place to enjoy and shop in Arusha.

Aim Mall is Arushas biggest mall. With some spaces unoccupied, it gives a beautiful ambience but with limited variety and quite pricey, you will find electronics, clothing, jewellery, restaurants, a childrens play area, etc with plenty of parking for your vehicles.
