Do not stay here. A conference organizer recommended that we stayed here, and I had issues after issues. My shower and curtains had mold, the ac didn’t work, customer service was abysmal. The restaurant was empty one night and instead of just being honest the waitress said just order and the chefs will be back. I decided to go elsewhere. The internet did not work consistently the whole week I was here. They couldn’t figure out my arrangements.Don’t believe the website photos.

Our room was large and clean. The in-room phone was not connected to anything...there’s no jack in the wall. The TV has next to no channels...the staff is friendly and pleasant. The shower was good but some of our fellow travelers said they didn’t have hot water. This is an OK property...we were there because our flight out was canceled and stayed only two nights.

Comfortable rooms, but soo quite that you start feeling scared LoL. May i had such feeling as i visited during off season. Hotel reception staff is so courteous, food is good also u can order from group other hotel impalaBreakfast is usually served at table means no buffet.P/s: i was one of Total 10 guest in over 100 rooms hotel

Naura Springs Hotel is a modern hotel very close to the city centre and to the East Africa Community Centre.It has spacious and well designed conference rooms and the sleeping rooms are as well very modern with contemporary design and so lot of light and good view of the mount Meru and Kilimanjaro.The hotel has 3 restaurants namely Continental, Chinese and Indian and do serve breakfast through dinners.Lots of local and international business people do come here for the sports bars, gaming and dining.On your weekend while in Arusha it can be a place to be until the nightlife.

On the outside seems like a good place but the inside tells a different story.Issues range from outdated decor, slow food orders to poor service

Large hotel just minutes from the town center.From the outside it is a mirrored structure of about ten floors.Spartan hotel both in the common areas and in the rooms. African-style furniture, lots of wood and lots of African statues.The rooms are very spacious and the bed very large. An old parquet throughout the room and the bathroom is not great, but to be in the middle of Africa it can be done.In the room there is a refrigerator and a hairdryer and the Wi-Fi works but not very well.Really good restaurant service.Pool kept discreetly.In the structure they serve any type of alcohol.

Good hotel, rooms are okay too.
