After renting a property for three months from Arusha Homes, I finally was ready to move. Things were fine until my walk through. At that point I was informed I needed to take down the curtains, and wash them as well as the mosquito nets, and the bed linens. None of this was in my lease, or I would have been happy to do it. With exception to taking down the curtains as I did not have a ladder. Not sure how they expected me to take them down? When I reminded the real estate agent that these requirements where not in my lease he stated he didnt know it was going to be needed. How could you not know? Your the real estate agent, this was clearly an attempt to get money from me. Please be very careful which real estate company you use when travelling to Tanzania, especially here in Arusha. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Things that should be in the lease are not and when you point them out they get an attitude.

Showed me two (2) homes that we did not like and abandoned us, my wife and I, afterwards. Very disappointed. Schedule the appointment one week in advance. We were from southern Tanzania, Africa. Never saw Mr. Jerry Mboya again.🤐🤐
