The too many forex rates and forex bureau bill boards accompanied by numerous people trying to lure customers to particular bureaux. these ended up congesting the place and those sales people accost passersby to the bureaux that employ them. This day when I went there, there was also an old man (looked foreign, African) started uttering lurid words to some girls serving drinks and eats. Gross. He was speaking Luganda words in a very funny accent. Otherwise, the place is clean
