We had wonderful 5 days tour with Kitawa excellent game view and perfect driver guide. We had very new and confortable safari vehical we didnt bring Binoculars but our guide vicente provide us Binocus with guiding bookis .... we strongly recommend these local and the best tour operator.. they gave us very good offers .we are very very happy.

We had a wonderful time and a excellent game view. We saw the big five and even a serval cat and a cheetah only a few meters away from us!Everthing was perfectly organized and prepared.I recommend this tour operator to anyone, anytime!

The Best Local Tour Operator Company

Stormy experience with this company. We spent 9 hours in a car without being able to get out in the middle of nowhere, the car got hot and we could not ask for help because the radio that they are forced to carry in the car when they enter the parks did not work. The chargers for the car did not work and we were all without a battery, the car had no air conditioning and was very dirty and had no handbrake, climbing the slopes stopped and had to lower the guide and put a stone so that it did not go away back and get out. Before stopping a piece of car fell and had to be raised on the roof ...The solution was, after 9 eternal hours and late at night, to ride two girls alone in the car of a stranger who was passing by to take us to the camp to spend the night ... our guide stayed with our car waiting for help, so we left alone without knowing very well where, the insecurity was tremendous seeing the things that happen in the world. The next day we woke up and we didnt know anything about our guide or the car, nobody knew anything and we were abandoned to our fate, they appeared at 4 in the afternoon and told us they were coming from the workshop. On the last day of the safari we could not open the roof of the car because the piece that fell was still on the roof. That is, we lost a day and a half of safari, and one day we did it in a bad way., All this in a 5 day trip. A disastrous experience. They lie on their website when they advertise cars that dont really provide those services. Also mention that the diesel was leaking through the tank cap, which they closed by closing it with electrical tape without preventing it from losing. There are many other companies, do not take risks with these cars that can ruin a trip that costs so much money. We claimed part of the money paid, because they had not offered us what was agreed, at first they understood and told us that they would return a part, but time passed and after several weeks giving us long they blocked my phone. They are not legit people.I leave you photos of the car disaster and the moments that made us pass.

Terrible experience with them. We lost practically a whole day of our safari because the cars are not in a position to give a good service (breakdown after breakdown), nor does the guide have experience to look for the animals by himself, having to ask the rest of the cars. If you plan to make a safari choose another company for it. Do not waste time or money.

An agency with very good prices, the guide spoke perfectly the Castle ..... Highly recommended.We had a new vehicle that had a fridge, a charging socket and large windows that was good because we are photographers ... 100% recommended !!
