The screen is pretty good and the movie selections are on point and not outdated. However, the theatre gets too hot when fully packed and sometimes I think the AC is broken and it ends up leaking onto people

Price is 15k for a single movie and it fluctuates depending on the number of customers..Sometimes they can give ur money back if there are not that many customers...Pop corn ..salted is 5k.Well... around 11pm onwards its very challenging to get an ubber .I had to walk..The place is neat... surround sound good.Lounge is tinyPoor customer care... very poorThey dont pick up callsThey dont update the show time online.No transparency on price.Awkward.

Only the best movie theater 🎭 in Arusha, they always show the very recent content as it comes out. Service is great and quick it’s never too crowded so you can always enjoy your time there, the concession service is great but quite pricey. Only issue ive had with the place is sometimes it’s really hot in the theater!! So please Regalz TURN ON the Ac.

Horrible service. Zero stars.Cinema advertised that a specific movie would be screened at a certain time. Arrived 10 minutes earlier to purchase ticket, was told to wait as they went to search for other people who’d want to watch it. Waited for 25 minutes until I had to approach staff, who then proceeded to tell me that they don’t screen the films for one person.First, if the schedule states that a movie will be screened then it should be screened at the stipulated time. Second, there is no caveat on any of the cinema’s social media platforms stating that movies will not be screened if only one person shows up. A waste of my bloody time to show up only to have to wait and be told this.Never coming to the cinema again.

Located conveniently at Aim mall, where a wide selection of stores and food choices give you a chance to pair that relaxation with the excitement of a good film.

Best place to watch movies in Arusha town. They update movies regularly and their slushies are some of the best ive had in Tanzania. Also located in Aim mall surrounded by good places for food.

Very Poorly trained staff and even worse customer service. We bought tickets and waited for 30 mins and last minute they come to tell us they cant show the movie because it was only 2 of us. By then it was too late to even go to another cinema. Very dissapointing!

It is only fair to say that Regalz Cinemaxx is so far the best cinema in Arusha. It has upto date movies every week. You will also be able to get refreshments of all kind. Dont be scared to bring your kids because their movies are also available and they will be able ti enjoy them too. So just sit relax spray a little salt in popcorn, and enjoy the movies

Its a nice good comfortable movie hall. Why the switch the airconditioning off is always a wonder. The ventalation in the cinema hall needs to be better

The sound for frozen two on Saturday 30th November 2019 was too low and the theatre was extremely hot.. they didnt switch on the a.c.
