Great place for stay. Extremely good support by staff. Kitchen is nice so I could boil my eggs for breakfast in advance for Safari tour to Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.

Ryan Apartments is so quiet and homely. With a clean pool and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay there and Ill stay here again while visiting Arusha

The place looks amazing as in the photos, but it needs some work like some doors were falling off, the kitchen sink was broken and some door locks werent working. The pool was very clean and well maintained at all times. Ive given 3stars because the service was very much poor, so much has to be improved on this. The ladies were so unprofessional and very slow and at most times we opted to do most of the things by ourselves.

We stayed a night here before we set off on our safari trip in the Serengeti.Evenaly who helped picked us up and showed us to the apartment was really helpful and was always on hand to pick us up and recommended us a place to eat.The place was clean and had all the amenities that one expects and also felt safe.It was next to the Faraja Orphanage which some of the proceeds from the apartment goes to which is nice.The apartment is definitely good value for money and I do recommend it.

We had the best time staying at this property. The place is spacious, very clean and cozy, and in a great location to explore the area. Super easy communication with the owners. Could not have wished for a better stay and would definitely return. Absolutely recommend!

Apartements were clean and ok with friendly personnel. No problem there, Olivia is a great host.Sockets in the wall where able to take all plugs no adapters needed.Booking safari was not a good experience. I would not advice to go down that road.The safari itself with miselesafaris was good. Friendly driver in a land rover. He cobbled us all the way into and out of the Serengeti.

Booking this house was one of the most special and unexpected experiences in our lives. The house has everything a traveler needs, it’s absolutely clean, nice, and the stuff is amazing, you really feel like you’re home there. They helped us with every transfer everywhere we wanted to go, they even arrange Safari tour for us which was two times cheaper than in any travel agency in Arusha. The best thing about this house what makes it special, its the thing that the house is built next to the orphanage. In the end of the trip, after we made contacts with the kids and the people in orphanage, we found out that all the profit from the house goes for the orphanage….. WOW! The owner of this house is the one of the best people we have ever met, and because of this experience we love Africa even more and we are planing to be back there as soon as possible. This house is the best you can book in Arusha, believe me! Evelyn, thank you for everything!!!

Horrible WiFi, wild dogs all over and they bark until 2a.m. no signage. Hard to find. $20.00 can ride to get to town. Pool is under construction. Near an orphanage so if you are a softy...this is not the place for you. Overall the rooms were comfortable but too many other issues!

We had an amazing stay :location is excellent, rooms are very clean ,the beds are so comfortable and there is is even a swimming pool ...the area is also very well secured .The host was so helpful , he made our visit to Arusha special and we were able to visit places we would never found by ourselves .I honestly dont think you can find a better place for this price ! I couldnt be happier with my stay here! The one bedroom apartment has everything you could need, including a well-equipped kitchen (Western-style oven/cooker, fridge, microwave and kettle). It is clean and comfortable, and feels very safe. The staff are very friendly, and more than happy to help with any requests you may have. The area is fairly quiet, but with some local shops for buying basics (and town a short daladala ride away). The apartments are right next to Faraja Orphanage, which is fantastic if you wish to volunteer with children, or even if you would just like to see how things are done here! I would definitely recommend Rayan Arusha Apartments for anyone wanting a relaxed base for visiting Arusha or the surrounding area. Asante sana!

I went there with my family to do safari.It s amazing how beautiful it was !Thanks for the welcoming.house clean.people are nice. I recomend the swimming pool and to try to swim with dauphin. I ll come back aftet my wedding ! See you soon

Eveanaly wa nice and helpful. Wi-Fi internet not available at downstair room where we stayed. It was difficult to find the apartment, location mark was Faraja Orphanage but sign board was difficult to see at night. Small bathroom. Shower water drainage not good. Recommend for short stay.

It was a lovely experience... Although they should get a microwave... The facilitator is really nice...he is committed and patient... My overall say Id that it was wonderful and I would come here again

Very expensive place. You can find cheaper and better places closer to Arusha town.The owners can be very unpolite.The owner said that some percent that is paid for the rent is given to the orphanage next to the apartment, but we discovered that is was not true.I would not recommend this place to others.👎🏿👎🏿😡

Its ambience is great. The facilities and furniture are lovely. The beauty of it all is that its in the middle of rural Arusha, so theres plenty of trees to admire

I booked well in advance, paid by cc non-refundable, then they cancelled without explanation or warning two hours before Im to head to the airport to fly to Africa. Really pisses me off. Unbelievable.

Far outside the center, but still a nice location. Very friendly and helpful staff and extensive breakfast for $ 10, - you can also book safaris and other tours here, also order food and the rooms were very nice.

A good place! Cozy! Safely!There is no kitchen. Delivery is long and in fact not everything was delivered.One day is fine.

Great place, not too far from the city of Arusha, and run by lovely people. Thanks to Evenaly who welcomed us, we were able to visit the very large market of Tengeru and walk around Lake Duluti, as well as a canoe trip. Two great memories, to add to the exceptional safaris that Evalaly helped us organize (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro). I highly recommend !
