I went to this place twice during my visit to a Arusha. Instead of charging by the piece like my hotel wanted to do, they charged 6000 shillings per kilo. I was able to pick my clothes up the same day which was fine by me. I definitely recommend them for people (especially travelers) who don’t want to pay an arm and a leg just to get their clothes washed.

Very friendly and competent, laundry could be picked up 24h after bringing it, 5000TSH/KG, when we got it back nothing was missing and the clothes were clean and smelled fresh. I can totally recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CLOTHES. They stole two pair of brand new jeans from me. Part of it is likely that I am whiter and speak English, so they knew that I would not be a very long-term customer and cannot tell too many people. Ill be going back tomorrow to try to buy back my clothes, but even if they havent already resold them and are willing to give them back, holding my clothes for ransom is completely unethical. They were done on time and at a reasonable price, but that does not make up for theft.
