Well located but stuff are understand trained, making something very simple and straight forward to something very complicated.

1 month to deliver a simple package from Europe. Misinformation and poor follow up, bad customer service. Had to follow them all the time and go to their offices 5 times. 2 stars because at least I got it.

Was good to be served by professional DHL staff,they handles their duty in a timely manner and care for clients, except the barakoa issue is not well organized, no poster outside the office on alert the clients when you call for parcel collection.

These guys are very very slow. It takes half an hour to serve each customer. Imagine we are 6 here and geez!!! Need to do something about this Athuman guy at customer service, he is very polite and very slow too!!!
