We did a 3 day safari with this company. We were told the company was a Tanzania owned company. However we discovered that it is not true actually its owners are Indian. I did not appreciate being lied to by the company. In addition we wanted to make sure that cold water would be available, as well as a working cooler. We were assured that yes this was included however when we started our safari we discovered the cooler was broken. We raised the issue with the assistant manager that rode in the Jeep in Arusha. He denied it was broken. Once on safari we confirmed the cooler was broken but as we were already miles away there was nothing we could do. The management appeared to ignore our initial inquiry while still in Arusha where the situation could have been remedied. I was not impressed, and mostly upset that we had been lied to. I would NOT recommend using this company. There are a lot of companies that are better.
