Theyve got a whole workshop where they fix computers and other related things. We also bought a new computer and they helped us find the right one within our budget. Its a nice store but given the problems that have been appearing frequently on my computer ever since I bought it at your store, I cant help but think that its fake. Two weeks after I bought it a weird thin line formed in the computer screen, I brought it down your workshop they assured me that the line wont stretch any further but in two weeks time it proved them wrong, again I took it back and they told me to leave it so they can replace the damaged screen with the new one. Which they did after 2 days they called and assured me that its all done and there wont be any more complications with the screen. Then after A WEEK, my computer started stucking to begin with, then went to not showing anything as in completely black when its totally ON... TRYING TO RESTART IT but of course CANT! I left it the way it was for over night and the following day, the day after I switched it ON it worked but was super SLOW! Another problem that I reported before,... It continued working fine until few days ago, again it started stucking and the screen went black with it still ON!! Now I cant Help but think that the Screen IS Fake. I dont know what else to do because stoping by over your workshop every now and then to report same issues with YOUR computer is not a piece of cake. Ill drop the computer at your workshop as soon as I can for what seems like the 10th time. AGAIN. So you can check what went wrong but seriously, I just wish you guys would really fix a problem once and for all to regain some more customers trusts , until then Including me dont know if I can recommend s/b else to purchase some electronics/peripherals at your store. Please take this into consideration

Two weeks ago I called Sounds and Vision with a need of purchasing hp desktop. I didn’t not have enough information onto what type of desktop I wanted with an expectation that the salesman handling my call will take me through the samples. Instead my call was taken so lightly and with less information provided. The salesman requested for my budget of which I told her but her information was very vague to make a decision.I called again the next day and it got worse in a sense that there was no enthusiasm at all handling my demands that was hp desktop and a wireless deskjet printer.Yall need to change on how u handle customers.

Nice place to buy electronic gear with high security and warranty

I paid for a new Hp laptop... they gave me a laptop with photos of someone (used), when I returned it they gave me another model with light bleed problems, I found out during night.. went to the store the next day.. the manager was so arrogant he wanted me to wait for 3 months to send the laptop to repair center in Dar es Salaam to be fixed.. Be careful with these crooks.. the store is super nice but the staff is dumb... the manager is a bit racist
