I had a good experience here. I was in a rush and needed a caffeine boost and the 2 staff were friendly, fast, and keen with specific questions about how I wanted my coffee.The play area is a nice thoughtful touch for people who might also want to do their shopping.I wish they had hand sanitizers/ a sink though.

Ok tbf i really like this place. It has a certain vibe but i promise no bias.Ok so its situated at the back of Shoppers Plaza. Which tbh i dont mind. But the fact that i have to walk through aisles of things that I dont need but would buy in a heartbeat..AMBIANCE & VIBE• It has a very nice coffee shop vibe. Better set up than anywhere else in Arusha i think. Cozy seating areas, kids corner for busy parents who need their daily dose of caffeine. The lighting is the best. It has warm light bulbs hanging but they arent the main source of light. Theyre just there to be part of the atmosphere. Love it! I can even see it becoming like a workspace if they modified a certain section just for people who need a place with good coffee and Wifi.QUALITY OF FOODHavent tried everything but the chips were fairly average. Nothing i couldnt get in a local cafe.But maybe their speciality is the breakfast menu! So Ill give that a try and see if its up to par. Looks tempting and fairly priced compared to some other places. The staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming.QUALITY OF COFFEECoffee is coffee. Especially in Tanzania where we use local coffee beans to make our coffee. But i like that they give importance to the presentation. I get a nice leaf that gives a nice personal touch to it. They also have made an effort to upgrade what is found on the streets of Tanzania from Zanzibar to Geita. Where you get a shot of expresso that is bitter and sweeten it by having it with a bar of kashata which is made of peanuts. So they gave me a small piece of Kashata and a good sized Mochachino to elevate what is found on the streets to cafe standard.

Absolutely beautiful place to have a quick bite. Very clean and tidy place. Food is super delicious. I would recommend their chicken pizza any time. Absolutely mouth watering. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Ken to be specific. There is a playing area for children within the cafe Which is so Ideal for parents with kids. Accessibility around the restaurant is great. Friendly for persons with disabilities. The washroom is so clean as well. A must visit place while in Arusha. #letsguide

Ive been coming here for about a week and all was fine until I was stopped as I was leaving out so the Manager could ask if I had left without paying. What? It was rude and unprofessional, in my opinion. Especially given the fact that I paid him specifically for my meal.One of the staff members apologized but the manager who led this scene did not. There’s plenty of other cafe options in the same plaza. Meal was lovely but the general atmosphere given what occurred is not.

Great place for a quick coffee and chilling

My Favorite coffee shop is now in Arusha 👏👏👏. These guys keep getting better and better. Pioneers of coffee shops in Tanzania and are still on top of their game. You get best best coffee here (all types... Just had a Caramel Latte today and it was 👌) Try their Sandwich, Wraps, Quesadilla, for a light meal... You will fall in love, in fact I havent tasted anything unpalatable as yet.

This place is excellent. However, I am giving it 3 stars because there is one short male waiter who is extremely rude to local customers. He completely turned my friends and I from ever coming back. We will come back once he stops working there. Several customers have complained here about service. Management should take note.

The english breakfast is bloody good, by far the best Ive had in Tanzania. Decent coffee and cakes too; great cafe!

Good coffee (their caramel latte is delicious!) with better prices than Msumbi coffee nearby. Relatively fast and free wifi (Raha spot). Nice atmosphere, good music most of the time, and friendly servers! Theres also a kids corner with toys and books. I havent tried their food or pastries but everything looks good. Plenty of seating but only 2 or 3 tables are near outlets.

Great place for snacks and shakes. They have a variety of cakes, cookies and brownies. They also serve delicious meals. The kids corner will keep your kids busy but youll have to keep an eye on them.

The chicken in cream with rice is fantastic and their desserts are really good. The kids play area is very useful for parents who are shopping and Im that they kids play in peace.

A cafe in a large supermarket in Arusha.Some of the menu was not prepared, but the taste is good.Coffee is also delicious. Its in a supermarket, air-conditioned, and theres a toilet in the cafe, so its easy to spend.Beef Samosa and Chicken Samosa are recommended.
