Delicious food and great service! I cant wait to go back and order sizzling beef!!Our waiter, Jasper, was helpful, provided suggestions and even called a taxi for us. This is one of the best Chinese restaurant Ive been to in East Africa.

Amazing Chinees Food, the tofu was fresh and silken soft, the sauce was perfect in spice and heat. Jafari was a great host. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent food and excellent service. I took myself to this restaurant and I was not disappointed at all. Firstly, the service by the waiters is excellent... These guys are friendly, clean and well trained to help customers feel welcome. Secondly the food is awesome. I have had Chinese food before from other places but I must say that this place does have some good tasty food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great Chinese food at a good price!

All of the appetizers are delicious! The combo meals are a great value. There could be more dessert options, but the banana fritters and vanilla ice cream go really well together. Overall, great food for a very reasonable price!

This restaurant is rated no 1 on tripadvisor, and for Chinese food it is definately the best place to go in town. Professional service, food comes quick and in general I like the place. We celebrated my sons birthday there and it is both of my kids favourite place. They had their favorite dishes with a company of 8 friends. Wonton soup, Peking duck, which they do really amazing and crispy ribs.Thumbs up to the owner and the great job he is doing here. Definately a restaurant to support in these Covid times.

It really is a rare gem to find such a nice restaurant tucked away in a small town like Arusha. The service from local staff was excellent. Food was delightful and the decor a breath of fresh air from the usual clinched Chinese eateries.Later I went to Dar Es Salaam and was hugely disappointed by the Chinese options there.Treasure this place. I certainly hope I can visit again when Im doing a Tanzania Safari one day.

What a gem this place is! After traveling all over Tanzania for quite some time I was ecstatic to find authentic Chinese food here in Arusha! This restaurant is a definite highlight as it brings me back to my childhood of eating family style dishes. My husband and I came here two days in a row- first we had Peking duck and second the Salt and Pepper prawns... both are exceptional dishes! We also had the Chicken wing stuffed with prawns (a very unique starter and one we LOVED). The staff here are delightful and welcoming- it was a pleasure having Dorice serve us both times and I can’t thank her enough for her recommendations and warm presence. We will definitely be back again!

We bought the Kao Pao chicken and Sesame chicken. The Kao Pao was just alright. We enjoyed the Sesame chicken as it tasted light, fresh, and not oily. We had our food delivered and the rate was 10,000 tsh! Over twice as much than what other restaurants will deliver for. If we had known the delivery price we wouldnt have even ordered.

Best Chinese foods restaurant in Arusha, great service at very reasonable competitive prices, I personally recommend getting the combos for a nice variety.. they deliver in time if you wish to eat at home, the wonton soup comes in hot and i live about 12km away so great job there 👍🏽

Excellent Chinese food. They cook with fresh ingredients and the taste is really great. They have plenty dishes to choose from non-veg to vegetarían. Jasper is an awesome waiter. Must try fried chicken wings as an appetizer and bananas fritters for dessert.

I visited Chinese Whispers shortly after moving to Arusha earlier this year, and I have kept going back since.Over time, I have been able to try a variety of dishes, the sizzlers being my all-time favourites. None of these dishes let me down, all being prepared to a very high standard.Add to that the affability and competence of the staff, from the two managing partners, who have always got an attentive eye for the patrons, to the waiting staff - Asha and her colleagues. My expectations, by now, are very high every time, but a dinner at Chinese Whispers is still a very pleasant experience.
