Good customer service. Time saving

WARNING::: Ive been using Vodacom for 2 months now. Ive lost a lot of money because the company easily allows hackers to steal your minutes, messages and data soon after you buy. BE VERY CAREFUL. I just bought WEEKLY data, minutes and messages on Friday . Today is Sunday, and my bundle is already expired. I paid for a week, but I only received 2 days of service. Dont waste your money with this company. I will be switching to another company in a few days.

The lady with scaf is a scam. She charged me for 30G 30 days plan for 35, 000shilling and 1000shilling for sim and 5000shilling for phone number.The confirmation is in swahali and you do not what you are getting.She will not take credit card and did not give me receipt.She scam me with seven day plan which cost 2000shilling. Pocketed 37000shilling. That is lot of money for local. My plan was shut off after seven day.Foreigner stay away from this store.

Vodacom in terms of competitiveness with Airtel, will be left to another post. If you do choose to go with Vodacom, I suggest you visit this office. There is a separate staff and office for English Speakers, this streamlines everything, no waiting in line, and the staff that work there are super friendly, and helpful. We take all of our volunteers to this office to register lines and purchase local phones. I enjoy the visits with the staff and never had any problem with them.

Slow services. They couldnt register foreigners who needed a new simcard. Quite disappointing.
