I had a break down with my Prado. Fortunately, only 7 km from Toyota Arusha. Unfortunately, I have reached over one h no one by phone. About the number of Dar es Salaam I was finally forwarded to Arusha. I asked for a tow or help. One employee told me she had to ask her boss first. 3 h later they told me that there is no possibility. In the meantime, I went to the problem myself with the motorcycle (buying spare parts) and a couple of locals and we got it out of the way in 5-6 hrs. But I am disappointed with Toyota. A customer has a break down, 7 km from their own factory and Toyota cant find a solution to help. Very very sad!
