Nice place with many people in it which means money circulating and so is a great area to do business. Though its main drawback is space, the bus stand has low space on which causes jams sometimes.

Not really that good for a big town like Arusha buh it do, and I really love the place, kudos 👍

Not cool area, its too small to accommodate arrival of buses from different cities in Tanzania.

Early in the morning when buses are there you have to ask around and people are quite helpful but it takes a while to navigate and its better to have your ticket ready rather than booking it at the stand as it leads to confusion. I.e. If you are a foreigner or new to the townIn the evening we have a lot of Boda Bodas and Tuk tuks/ Taxi once you arrive but again its always good to know the local pricing and where your heading to or theyll take advantage of you; Speaking as a foreigner.

Kind of crowded with alot of petty business all around and jobless people so be careful of whoever comes near you or tells you something, so are conmen. What really matters is carefulness, they wont rob you or hijack you, theyll just trick you. Love you all map users

Here you can get buses to go to major cities and towns in Tanzania as well as neighbouring countries. Some buses may not reach here but they may have their offices close to this bus station.

Arusha bus stand was a nightmare, so clumsy, congested, poor arrangement , in fact there is no bus stand there, there is chaos

Mount Meru is awesome place...the place is good for a day trip. The community people are friendly ...its enjoyable participating in local activities ..it was a nice experience cooking bananas soup guided by elderly in the kitchen.

The Arusha Bus Stand its not bigger but whats I like there is, many things are proper arranged and also the Peoples who working there for issuing tickets are honest when you compare in others places that you must dont trust any Person easily except you must go and get the ticket in office.The last the Peoples there can help you without must asking the money, maybe if you prefer your self to give them anything you like.
