I was a solo traveler, and i did with Trust Tours the 9 days northern circuit up Kilimanjaro, followed by a 5 days Serengeti Migration Safari.The Kilimanjaro climb was absolutely fabulous, the team was amazing and they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. And Tim and Deo, my guides, were the best people to hang out with, have fun, sing, learn swahili, and climb Kili. It was a real delight. They also changed the schedule for me and we finished the climb one day sooner.The safari was amazing, pure nature, the guide, Francis taught me so much about birds, and shared with me his books, and i would read and we would talk about the animals, not just see them. Of course we managed to see the wildebeest migration and talk about it, read about, learn about it.There were only 2 downsides:1. I didn;t have cash, and one of the ATM charged my account without releasing cash, for which i had to argue with banks to receive the reimbursement after 2 months.2. In the safari camp, Mikese Tented Camp, in serengeti, someone from the camp staff stole money from my wallet, - while i was at dinner and i had left my fanny bag with my wallet inside a zipped pocket, in my tent on the table. It was just 70 euros, the only cash i had, since i dont carry cash usually. The camp management was disturbed by the happening, but eventually failed to find the culprit or reimburse me. Either way, they have treated me extremely well, like part of a little family, and i am very grateful for it.All in all i had an amazing experience, and it is very important to understand the difference in culture and lifestyle. Everyone absolutely did their best to welcome me, and i really felt welcomed and taken care of. Maybe even better than in a family :)I highly recommend them.

I climbed Kilimanjaro with Trust Tours on 8 days Lemosho route.They have a professional staff both guides,cooks,and Porter. It was a group trek of 12 people and all we made to Uhuru peak . What an experience 💪💪.I recommend Trust Tours under Ombeni on your trek to Kilimanjaro

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!!I went on this trip with my friend Olivia and we have been talking about it for years.We spent 6 days visiting Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater.It was difficult to make a choice but finally we went with Trust Tours and Safaris Company Limited and it has been a super positive experience. We were picked up at 3 am by our driver and guide Daniel and he stayed with us for the entire stay, drove us safely to Tarangire where we spotted our first elephants and Cheetah. We saw more animals in Lake Manyara and enjoyed our 2 night stay in Tented camps with hot showers twice day.During the entire trip, we had good meals and did feel completely safe.Our guide Daniel has been a great travel companion as well. He was great in spotting animals, explain us how they hunt or what they eat. He was patient and very kind and we also got to know how locals live and what life is like in general.I can only say the very best about our experience and OMBENI has done a great job organizing all of that for us !!THANK YOU !!!

Greatest Experience Ever In My Life TimeWe had the most amazing time with our two guides, Joackim and Danny, during our safari in January 2020. Without a uncertainty, most of the credit for this experience must be given to the guides, who went out of the way to make this trip a wonderful adventure!! They were always looking out for a new sights or animals to show us, even after the game drive had ended and we were driving back to the camp, and would answer all of our many questions with great generosity. I believe that we were really lucky to have them as our guides and drivers for this trip, and would definitely recommend them and Trust Tours and Safaris to any friend that considers visiting Tanzania. We really hope to go back again sometime!!Also, many thanks to Ombeni the owner of the company,he was great with the planning of our safari and throughout the whole week we were there; we really appreciated his help and recommendations!

What a Marvelous Group of People to Work With!From our first contact with Ombeni, to meeting our guide (Justine), Trust Tours and Safaris Company made our once-in-a-lifetime African Safari Adventure more than we could have ever dreamed. Ombeni was so helpful going back and forth with us as we tried to nail down everything we wanted to see. He even came to our first night hotel (The African Tulip) to make sure everything was as we expected and check if we had any questions.And we were so pleased to meet our guide, Justine. From the second we shook hands, we knew we had lucked out with not only an exceptionally knowledgeable guide, but one with a wonderful sense of humour and a true love for his job. Every day was something different .... and Justine made sure he found everything we had wanted to see, and then some. We can not speak more highly of his skill as a guide or what a truly wonderful person he is.Thank you both, Ombeni and Justine, for making this the best trip we have ever been on in our 40 years of travelling!

Incredible trip!We had a fantastic time on our two weeks trip to Tanzania. This was our first time on a safari in Africa, and it couldnt have been better. John and Chakito were our drivers and we loved how great they were at pointing out wildlife. The food was great, and the HERITAGE Camp was so comfortable! If we ever go on a safari again with, it will be with TRUST TOURS SAFARIS. Thank you

African Safari With COVID 19Dont let COVID stop you. Seeing the Safari in such a way during the pandemic was absolutely incredible. We saw no signs of anything, everybody was taking their precautions and nobody was sick. The safari was almost empty and we did not have to deal with many other vehicles.From the moment that Joackim picked us up, until all the way through the end of our safari trip it was absolutely SPECTACULAR. Joackim is a very gracious and caring safari guide whom we got to know rather well over our 11-day Safari trip, I would highly recommend using him and in fact, when we go back in 2 years, we intend to drive with Joackim again. His knowledge and experience really show and he cares not only about the people of Africa but his guests as well, making sure that they enjoy every moment of every day.He did his best to get us around those so that we could see as much as we possibly could, including all the big 5 and MORE! He took us to many incredible lunch spots in the safari where we had champagne lunch.Joackim was so personable that even near the end of our 11-day Safari we invited him to join us for dinners and breakfast at camp. Cant wait to see Joackim again in 2022! Your knowledge of the bush is amazing. Thanks to the Joackim and Trust Tours and Safaris Company.
