Very friendly House. In a side area of central Arusha with a bit adventurous road to it, but this is completely normal in Africa. Not to far from center, Motorbike taxi everywhere also. Perfect budget place, private, clean and very warm welcoming and helpful. Also at night it is safe outside there, I never felt unsafe 👍 Thank you Innocent and Gerald!

House accomodation, Airbnb style! Owner is fun, and very helpful! House is well treated and clean! Offer tea and coffee for free!!The internet was sometimes slow! The most negative aspect is location, it,s far from city center, bad roads, and no ilumination at night!! Somehow difficult to find because there is no signal outside with accomodation name! Goggle location is the other house next to it!!

Great place if you have a few days in Arusha. Wonderful host who really makes you feel like home. The place is very clean and the garden outside is like a piece of paradise. Great food at a reasonable price

Lovely place - very clean, comfortable rooms and a nice garden. The owner, Innocent, is super helpful and made us feel at home. I only have one comment though: booking conditions were not clear, and we had to pay for one extra dinner which was supposed to be included in the price. We only knew about this when checking out, not at the time we had this dinner, so we had no choice than to pay for it (at a cheap price)

Found this place via my tour operator, Reginald V. Runyoro (with Tanzania GET Safaris) as they have a close business relationship and I can sincerely say, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place.The owner, entrepreneur, Innocent and his team truly have made this place a chillax vibe. Everything from the artwork by local artists, the bedroom decor with vintage furniture, the backyard area filled with plants, lounge chairs, palm trees...it all gives the feeling of an oasis in the middle of a bustling city.Special shout outs to chef Steve and staff host member, Gerry for keeping the positive energy & laughs flowing.Another special shout out to Domi & Castro for showing me much love ❤️.Lastly, big congrats to Innocent for allowing me to share just a few days in your beautiful place. This place is good but innocent the owner of mazzola safar house is not a good person he sells my client to another guy in in town so l dont recommend other companies to take they are clients there because innocent is a broker for tourist who over night in his hostel

A great safari company

Friendly environment, beautiful gardens, positive people with great ideas, above all, most delicious food.

Innocent is super friendly and helpful. The house is a bit out of the way but only a 30 mins walk to the clock tower and a short taxi ride. The food is good too. We enjoyed our stay.

Innocent helped us out very with booking a safari. He is a great host and he will make sure that you’re very comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed to the Mazzola Safari House, from where we started our 4 day safari. Innocent has organized everything for us! We were allowed during our safari leave the remaining luggage in the guesthouse. Innocent and his team went out of their way to make a great stay, with delicious food, good conversation and a great atmosphere.
