Was my first time inside this Bank....but the customer service was so good from the security guys to the bank tellers, I felt really comfortable😊

Rude guards and slow service. Was sitting in the waiting area on hold with my American bank, trying to move money to NBC bank. A guard comes up to me and tells me phone use is not allowed in the bank. I try to explain to him that I am an NBC customer trying to move money from my bank to NBC, he insists and makes me hang up my phone and leave. I am disappointed in this service.

NBC Arusha HQ. One of the largest banks in Tanzania - partly government, partly private owned. Has extensive bank services and one of the broadest network in Tanzania. Keep it up NBC

Lines are shorter, but for fastest service go to the bank before 10.00 am
