I stayed at Boulevard Inn for one night and I would not recommend it. First, the hotel and rooms are just not clean. The floors were full of dust, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom needs renovation. The window view was basically a courtyard with trash bins, cat food and them cleaning towels by hand. There weren’t any mosquito nets (only spray) and we got multiple mosquito bites. The receptionist couldn’t understand basic English. To use the pool you have to walk over the parking lot and it’s just not a nice place to chill. Also it is quite far from the Arusha center so you need a car to get around. As the price was high, I would at least expected a clean room!The beer garden was beautiful though, however, glasses were dirty, food was ok and I would recommend to come by for a beer and sleep somewhere else.

A fantastic hang out spot for expat regulars, locals and foreign guests alike. Pricey but awesome food and drinks. Great views of Mt. Meru. High quality lodging.

Up the hill along njiro area, good settings, nice place to have a business meeting.Well stocked bar, coffee available but a bit slow in serving.

Nice food and drinks service, the view from the beer garden is amazing and the air is fresh, it’s a nice quiet place great for relaxing and casual work.

The grounds are amazing but the food is really poor. Menu has variety of cuisines from burgers to Thai food. Ordered Thai beef curry and ended up with pieces of meat swimming in stew. Not a hint of spice. Also avoid humus. You will get chunky carrots, not properly peeled and a sorry looking piece of dry pita bread.Was a disappointing experience.

The view is fantastic, food is also pretty good with a lot of options (pasta, salads, curry, etc.). They are often showing soccer matches, so good to come if youre aiming to watch the game as well.

We had a short but pleasant stay here. Well kept garden with a view of Mount Meru, really nice to sit out and watch the sunset and have chai.The interior decor was a mix of both hipster and local Swahili art. Warm and cozy with a nice cafe feel.The staff were courteous and friendly, very helpful with directions. It is a short distance to many other nearby eating places.Rooms were clean and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was also served fresh and hot. Really a worthwhile place to stay for its price!

Its a fresh, relaxing, quiet and therapeutic environment located on themi hill with a refreshing breeze which caresses your skin. I love seating out where there are a number of cosy and comfy pillow seats, overlooking the magnificent Mout Meru.....staff are warm and friendly ...food is always fresh and salad refreshing...and they have rooms too if you choose to get away

Very nice place, good set up and calm neighborhood. A place to chill and plan for your busy day at a reasonable price.

A small cosy hotel. Staff as common of Tanzanians are very friendly and respectful. The price is reasonable. There is a garden with an amazing view of Mount Meru though at night there is a chilly breeze.

Great view, beautiful furnishings and equipment. Service was ok and friendly, everything was clean, bathroom equipped in european standard. High-priced but nice place to be. Meals were tasty.

Its a lovely place for a sundowner with lovely views of Mount Meru and surrounding forests. The waiters are slow to serve you but the views compliments for it.

Extremely slow cooking, too salty. Some insects are living in a bed. Was bitten 15 times during night.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Very neat and luxurious decor. The best shower we ever had in Tanzania with mixer tap. Family room for 4 people is super spacious.Beer garden with playground is lively and cozy. Good music, affordable drinks. Location is good.Be prepared for music from the beer garden in your room (for us this is not a problem, but if it cant sleep you better choose something else. The pool was excellent for the kids, but too shallow on one side to swim laps can pull.Food is really recommended. Very wide choice (also vega / vegan) and delicious!! Ordering breakfast in advance is smart, because making it takes time. So it is on order, which is a plus!On arrival we were able to order food a la carte even after midnight, exceptional service!Ideal for people who do not go to bed too early, who want a varied diet and who like to have a good time.There is a residence discount.
